Main reason being that the voice available for him already has that robotic jar to it in Morrowind, which masks the jarriness of the AI voice. What helps also is he was rather monotone in his speech to begin with. Ai voices tend to be monotone unless heavily played with

However, I went with Boethiah as I feel that their personality aligns a bit more, over more facets (not just the one). Not only did Boethiah allegedly eat Trinimac, and are known to enjoy being violent and sadistic, but they are known to change their gender, and (while it's not exactly the same) I think that somewhat aligns with Dahmer's sexuality, which is also a part of his identity as a serial killer; for better, or worse.

About that Malacath thing. Technically Trinimac gained CHIM when Auriel and Shor fought against each other. By fullfilling this god-equation they archieved Oneness. So Malacath has this form because he wants and this story only still exists because he allows it.
