On this call I had a Daikin Minisplit that would intermittently lose communication with the outdoor unit causing it to not recognize the outdoor equipment. After checked the comm wires I found a total of 3 splice with 3 different type of wire. According to the Manuel this should work but tech support has other ideas. In this video I ended up removed all the splices and running a new comm wire.
