Short but sweet. Found this furnace just circulating air. Turns out this furnace has a condensate switch safety to verify the condensate is clear. Turns out when there is a plug in the drain line it will cause a pressure buildup which will trip a pressure switch connected to the condensate trap. Looks like the PVC leading to the condensate pump was plugged on the bottom of the pump reservoir. I reset the switch and cut the end of the PVC line at an angle to avoid a repeat.
