I listened to her Voice every day while I was in Afghanistan, there was times during a panic attack, I listened to her Voice and it helped me relax.. now that I'm home I still listen to her. There are times I would just cry or feel stressed just listen to her Voice helped me. ALOT, from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!!

Thank you so much for the daily calm meditation offerings. I first started tuning into the daily calm when I found out my diagnosis of stage 4 colon cancer. It was a terrible week because my mother had died a few days before this diagnosis. I was out of my mind with grief and anxiety. I had not really meditated before, but it was the only thing I could think of to do to calm myself. I started right there with the first thing that I found online which was the daily calm. It helped me instantly in a profound way to be able to calm down and face my daughter and partner to tell them. I'm grateful that you have made these daily calm meditations available. Best regards.
I was so happy to see a new meditation from Calm! Please add / make more . Especially during this uncertain times , we need this ! Most people can’t afford the app , it stated that it’s free but that’s only for the first week . Please keep adding your meditations to RU-vid , they help so many people!

I listened to this with my class and about 5 of my students were so relaxed they feel asleep. It's something you know how much you need but when you do mindfulness it helps the whole day. Ty.

Wow! Thank you for defining the 3 parts of worry. I have certainly found that just a 10 minute daily habit has helped me to feel how the anxiety starts as a slow prickly feeling before it gets more intense. I am better able to do or say something that helps me to get off the negative path and pick up a different trail.
