Hello from Kelowna, BC. I would love to have this river background sound as one of the environment sounds on the app. I often picture a river flowing with my distracting thoughts being attached to leaves that float slowly away as I observe the flow (but not get caught up in the current). I think it's based on Kabat-Zinn's idea of the "thought river". Thanks for this very relaxing and helpful Daily Calm.
