If you want to reduce your timing, you will achieve it 100% but what ever you do, understand and do it. Just don’t blindly follow anyone including me. Also the time where you want to reach will require a good technique. So do work on technique and breathing
Jitender Harjai indeed guru ji but my goal is to improve 100m nd 200m sir. My 100m has came down to 11.11 second sir. Nd its my first time in tracks i was a powerlifter earlier. Sir im 24yo height 5'9 and 78kg at 10% body fat should i lose some weight to increase my speed, will it help. The first time when i did a 100m i attained it in 12sec nd now in one month after your programmes its 11.11. Pls guide

Keep practicing. Increase your approach speed. Keep your jump angle at 45 degree. Make a good hand and hold as long as possible. You must have a landing where Center of gravity is pushed forward.

Height depends on your genes . your fitness and activity. it cannot be increased by any medicine etc . You should never take harmonies to achieve that. Just stay fit and do stretching exercises

Training has to be done in a disciplined way. You have asked a question as if can I eat for complete week in one day? If you do more than your body can take, you can get injured. Work hard but with a schedule and plan

Manish Prajapati Follow a routine. In one day no one becomes a runner. So don't worry if you were not able to run after 1000. Keep balanced diet, good routine and weight training. You will see improvement in 4weeks max
