I could sign under every word William said. After doing stretches for a year and rock-'n'-rolling in the same pain cycle over and over again, wasting my time on physiotherapy and heating and money on meds I finally was lucky to meet this guy to finally find myself free of the constant fear and pain. We did one-on-one, but these tiny exercises were a key for my body to unlearn to safeguard the lower back area and return to normal life. Thank you!
Brother your videos helped me out of pain and I now train and I am in the best shape in my life I train smart and with quality my injuri learned me that. I have 3 budging disc and I am happy that I leanerd and healed me thank you
Hey bro i am 17 year old guy from belgium i have one bulging disc, do you have any tips because i am a bit lost and confused and i really want to be able to live my life again.
After almost 2 months of pain and taking medication I hope this helps me. My sciatic pain is back after 4 years of pain free .. Now I’m slowly going back to workout, but I need to take it slow and hope this help. 🤞🙏
You are 100% correct sir, the amount of information out there for L4 L5, who needed this disease is overwhelming. I like what you’re talking about. I’m hoping to find a happy medium with all the yoga. Walking device running, which I have stopped. But I am jogging in the grass for a couple minutes at a time because I really miss running, and it causes no pain. I am curious what you think about that. I primarily feel my back when I’ve laid on it too long overnight, I stand too long at work I stand up. I would not call it. A pain whatsoever is definitely discomfort for probably like a two a two out of 20 if that.
I have a degenerative herniated disc and loss or lumbar lordosis at l5 S1. I have trained in the gym for year and did Tae kwon do at the age of 5 years old. I had a bad fall at 11 years old, I’m 33 now and everyday Im in constant pain. This video and the comments have given some hope and i will start to try this to relieve my flat back syndrome! Thank you for the video ❤
I’m going to try this for a month and let you know. Thank you. I have l3-l4 fusion and my l5-s1 is herniated as well but I’m not going through that surgery again!
I experienced a herniated L5-S1 disc roughly 12 weeks ago, it was healing well for 6 weeks, I was able to walk just fine since day 1 basically and that helped relieve/centralise the sciatica pain in the leg. Week 7 I started getting an insane pain in the hip when trying to walk which more or less immobilised me for 3 weeks. I’ve just gotten back to where I was at week 6 but with less back pain and reduced medication. Now however I’m really scared of doing anything that could provoke such a backlash again. Would this program be a good start or is it still too soon?
Can you recommend a position to sleep with l4 l5 issue ? I tried sleeping on my beck with pillows underneath my knees that made it worse , tired on slide sleeping with pillow between the knees and underneath my hip ..didn't help either .thank you 😊
Your mattress might be too soft and you could be flexing your spine while lying on your back. A medium mattress might work better. Don't add too many pillows either, the spine has to be in a neutral position. You'd have to experiment or ask your doctor or pt for a recommendation for your exact problem.
@@K4R3N that is worse position... Lying on stomach put pressure on back so it would feel relaxed while you are lying on it but when you will stand up in morning it'll be very painful
Have you tried sleeping with a pillow at your lower back- a couple elevated under your legs and feet and one under each arm…? Praying for you! Sleeping on the side with a pillows under your ribs and hips and one in between legs.
