I’m currently sitting in the parking lot of my new job waiting for them to open up and needed to hear this. I just got out of recovery treatment I’m in a new town and I’m practicing getting uncomfortable and vulnerable and this helped me prepare myself.

I’m in agreement. Start by recognizing that a demon is nothing but a thought. These negative thoughts can be controlled, cleansed like the water to purify our minds and hearts. Love.

You absolutely will. Manifest the life you want to live-surely, this includes a mentality where there is NO giving the demons power over you and your mind. You will heal. Be gentle with yourself. It takes time....and that is okay!

I am deserving of peace, love, happiness, hope, abundance, grace, and positivity ♥️ my thoughts will be graceful and positive. My anxiety will not take over. I am in charge of myself and my emotions. I will not let negative and evil energy surround me. My aura will be clean and white. I surround myself in a bubble where toxicity is not allowed. Hi.I listened to and followed this by 4:15am on a Sunday. I have not given up despite my reality so far. I listened through the ongoing distractions including the loud and inconsiderate noises of the individual living above me in these halls. I have many goals. I am the most resilient,tenacious,brave,determined, pure soul that I know. I do consider now a new start and I affirm that I will achieve my goals with ease, grace and excellence. Thank you.

First time I've listened to morning meditation and I felt like I was back in Yorkshire Dales. Though, not with my family but just myself. My family has separated now. When I was a child, I was vulnerable and unaware of family issues. In my meditation I returned to the picnic spot we used to go to as I am now...I am a wiser, stronger and courageous women. I was pure sitting next to the stream where I used to build dames with my Brother. This was beautiful...thank you.

Yes. My safe is seating by a creek, back home near Lillooet, Fountain creek, warm spring day , the sun is shining, the sound of the creek floating by, trees in the background, the smell of fresh air and beautiful spring flowers.

I am sitting in my living area, infront of the french window facing my lawn. I have spent the entire night awake with my screaming 1 year old. Weared down with postpartum depression and medicines, but one sip of my morning tea, with just me and my lifelong few selected happy thoughts.. alonh with this meditation... Life feels good again.

Is it possible the coffee or do you have milk? I used to have no problems with dairy and then i did for about 18 months. It went away but it took me a while to work in out why my stomach was upset
