DAILY RUNNERS DIET (What an elite athlete eats in a day)
Chicken and chips recipe: Ingredients for 2
Takes 40 minutes
2 chicken breasts
140g red cabbage (we didn’t have)
3 white potatoes (what’s a white potato?)
1 Egg
35g grated Italian hard cheese
30g panko bread crumbs
1 Mayonnaise sachet (30ml)
2 truffle flavoured extra virgin olive oil (16 ml)
2 garlic cloves
5g parsley

Excuse the title, I had to use "what an elite athlete eats in a day" because it sounds good. I'm not that vain.
This is pretty much my standard diet. I usually eat more vegetables.
