FINALLY!! I'm a GA girl, currently living in VA and I was deeply entrenched in Atlanta's music scene in the 90's and early 2000's. Many of us longed for Dallas and Jermaine to join forces and become something grand for the Southern talent ie. musicians, vocalists, writers, engineers. I'm so proud of them and wish them the best in this new venture!

Fun Fact: Dallas also beefed with Usher in the early 2000. Dallas actually prod. Some songs for him but scrapped them when Usher started dating Chili. Also shout out to K Wales. He took 112 to Puff and got them signed and also managed Lil Zane back in the day. Atlanta was so lit back then.

Dallas Austin hit mainstream when I was about 4 going on 5 years old. I was born in 1985 so I remember his involvement in the New Jack Swing Era, my personal favorite era of music. My earliest memories of rap was Kid N Play, Fresh Prince, LL Cool J and MC Hammer. So I remember when TLC, Boyz2Men, ABC and all those other groups came out. They definitely changed the game with straight fire. Most of his music is a big reason why my love for music is so strong. He is a music legend. This was good interview. Good Job Vlad !
