Great info and as you stated coach Adam, everyone is beatable. Bikini is anyone's 🏆! Maybe biased here but I really love this Ashley evolution 💪

I love the full Ashley I'm glad you're going that direction instead of the "judges prefer Ashley lean" but I just think she looks more in line with that they like to see at Olympia and won't look as small compared to more muscular girls. It's not super surprising she doesn't dominate every show though, to anyone really, there sooo much talent out there. I absolutely love her but other girls are coming up out of nowhere!

If the criteria was actually followed, there wouldn’t be such a drastic variance. There needs to be a weight limit on this division

I don't think a weight limit would make sense in this division. I think Tyler and Sandy have done a great job with limiting how much more muscle is permitted especially this year.

As a coach, how do you bring someone in more “full”. Feeding them more? Pump them up more? Etc

That’s not true about competing as a pro after.. Ben weider pro/am show does that too.

I think they are referring to junior nationals this weekend being the first time in the US where new pros can compete the next day at the pro show. Ben weider pro/am lets the new pros compete at the pro show.

@@azii2973Ben Weider is a natural tested show, the level of competition is not the same.
