Location is excellent! Plus Excellent Frisco ISD! This is one thing that I found out today: Before, People are focusing on Frisco Fields, Fields 5-7 star hotels plus Unversal KIds Resort ( This one seems please everybody if they have small kids or can borrow friends's small kids). Today, I visit the campus of UNT Frisco; the Frisco city views from different floors are excellent! Library has many personal or group study areas/rooms plus buffet area. To people living closer, It is like a second library besides the huge and no. 7 Texas ranked Frisco library. I really like the Frisco view. UNT's academic level is similar to every USA states flagship universities!
Nice LOOKING homes. I guess they may be bigger in person because the camera does not do it justice for those cost. The builders must be top tier builders.
