Actually, I think you don’t understand the reason why he jokes about stuff like this. Its just all about psychology. If he was serious about certain things like this you don’t know what that man could do once they get out of court room to those two girls, so the point is to make it seem like a joke that way the defendant doesn’t get pissed off.
The Defendant is just a violent, disguting pervert that needs to go home to his mommy. And the Plaintiff should have filed criminal charges against him.That's the only part of this case that didn't make sense, so maybe there is something going on between her and her girlfriend.

The plaintiff sounded completely believable to me. Not just only about the actions and behavior of the defendant towards her and her witness but also about everything else as well. He seems like a loose cannon and has no defense for damaging the her property.
The plaintiff has every right to be afraid of the defendant! He did stalk her! He’s very dangerous!! She needs to file an order of protection against him. So does her friend.
If I can’t commit to God, committing to someone else won’t come easy. God teaches us true love because He is Love. If we don’t spend time with Him, we will continue to be selfish, inconsiderate, lustful, sinful, etc. God is the only one that can teach us genuine love for someone else. Someone that doesn’t love Jesus may be kind to you, but they’ll never love you the way that God desires if they don’t have a consistent walk with Him.

The plaintiff is very articulate and presented her case very well, she was very credible and Judge Mathis actually let her talk without interrupting her once.
Here’s an alternate view point of this & I say this with total respect because I’ve seen it many times before. I do believe the plaintiff and her friend are gay but she’s just not fully out & she tried dating a “masculine man” being he’s a football player and realized that dynamic didn’t work out. Strange irony because he’s the type of guy that would turn any woman to run towards another woman. Also, the defendant’s buddy just pushes the big boy’s behavior smh…
