The plaintiff worked with the defendant's wife, and she ran into the two of them at a Halloween party. The plaintiff claims as they were leaving, the defendant's wife started yelling at her, and the defendant cut her off. The defendant then allegedly punched out her windows, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff kicked in her own windows.

Defedants story after the beginning makes no sense tho. Like how did the plaintiff kick out her own window to attack then the officer tells you to leave, but also let's the aggressor drive after you? Like that makes no sense. The officer would have the plaintiff detained. I'd belive that the plaintiff started it, but the defendant is definitely the one who got violent.

They were definitely jealous of the defendant and I believe were trying to retaliate due to her citing the reason of her separation from her previous role. Workplace bullying and cattiness is definitely a thing, one of the reasons I’m happy to be working remotely

He often doesn’t really listen because he must tell about his life ( the 1000st time) or he doesn’t understand something like it was meant BUT he would never ever be so honest to say that he got it wrong so he starts shouting and is very mean. Than the gavel comes down (often absolutely wrong) and he walks out very quickly
