Good advice man, you're right about keeping it wet and turning your gun to the side ., your blending skills are sweet. Ive been there enough times getting runs or dry spots getting around mirrors and stuff that aint been took off. Every job is different man, budget, type of vehicle, the risk of stuff breaking and cost, time all sorts of factors, in a ideal world everything would be stripped but that aint the reality Just this morning i painted a boot spoiler on a Jaguar F Type R, it had been bonded on i had to paint it on the tailgate was a right pain to get it painted top and bottom i couldnt see if i had enough paint underneath, blew some more on it to be safe and got a dribble on the edge 😂 so ive got a run in it and probably dry AF underneath Have a blessed weekend man 🙏

Hey Trig, can you do a video as if it’s your first time spraying a gun trying to figure out the right pressure and fluid. What to look for if the pressure is too low or too high or when you have to dail the fluid down. I have the vevor gun the paint is coming out wet but I’m still getting a good amount of texture. My base be smooth but after clear it’s still not the finish I want.
Heeelllooo Trigga😁I love how you help out the fellow painters on here boss as a lot of them just say that if you are working in a booth then you should know how to do these jobs🙄but that isn't always the case so lets hope you have helped our fellow painter Jimbo in this video, sorry I can't really help you as I'm just a lowly hobby/diy painter which often does single panels or bike fuel tanks🤓 I was going to suggest that most mirrors often fold flat to the door window but I could see that this one doesn't do that, sorry peeps it's all I've got🤦♂😳👍John UK

Thanks Tony. Believe it or not this ProSpray matches up pretty good 90% of the time. Seems like only Kia and VW grays give me an issue. And when I do have color issues I reverse tint. So like if a color is to blue I'll mix the color again and just leave out some blue then add back as needed. There's many things I'm gonna start showing as the channel grows. Just can't pour it all out yet 😉
