@DDT that idea doesn't work with elana... Damon literally killed her brother(not knowing he had the ring on as he admitted to Elena) and look where they ended... So know she wouldn't have hated him forever and he knows that because of all the Terrible Things Damon has done throughout the years
I think it's not that "vamps are bad" but she didn't want to hurt people and as far as she has seen, Vampires have the impulse to do so even the nicest of them that is Stefan And Caroline have killed someone. Elena also never wanted to lose her fertility or feel heightened emotions. She already had a lot of grief to handle she couldn't imagine feeling more of that. She wasn't ready to face more pain, lose her hope for ever having to raise her own children and hurt people. So it makes perfect sense that Elena never wanted to be one.
@@KarishmaChanglani one thing I don't get is why she was dating Stefan if she wanted children, it's not like he can give that to her. I'm wondering how it would've gone of she wasn't a vampire years down later , "hey Stefan this was nice but it's time we break up cause I'm almost hitting menopause and I need to find a guy who can get me pregnant before I hit my fifties"
Ya this part is my favorite one when Stefan told Damon that you weren’t there the day Elena looked me in the eye and told me she never wanted to be one and Damon said to Stefan don’t let her die and Stefan said I never meant for her to die she told me to help Matt first and I did
Why is no one talking about how beautiful and romantic that scene was, when she turned and rewatched Damon's confession scene from season 2? It was so well done, and I almost preferred this new song they used to the first
I see it as when she died on that bridge as human she died as Stefan's since her temporary choice was Stefan. However the moment she came back to life she was bonded to Damon with a sire bond which was bringing Elena closer to what was her's forever choice - Damon.
I consider 3x19 the death of Stefan's girlfriend. I consider 3x22 the rebirth of Damon's girlfriend. Unlike Stefan's girlfriend, Damon's girlfriend was meant to become a vampire. So she remains human for Stefan in season 2, but becomes a vampire for Damon in season 4. I consider Klaus' ritual a rebirth, since she died and came back to life. I think Caroline spent her birthday wish on Elena in 3x11, which gave Elena a birthday funeral. That's why Matt tosses flowers off the bridge for Elena, then actually drives her off it.
Maybe these plp loose their mind and become crazy after transforming in to a vampire... who on this planet will hate to look hot and become an immortal and not to mention the compulsion thing.... god I hate myself as human🤣 why god??
Damon was pissed and he had every right to be. edit: yall are camping under this comment but the fact remains that Stefan was a coward and always will be. He was never able to make hard choices. But Damon was and he got hated for it. Damon would and did always choose the people he loves and many of them have him to thank for keeping them alive, Elena first.
Imagine your wife or your husband is in a car drowning with her/his best friend, and you save the friend and let her/him die.....how screw up is this? Even Ian and Paul where joking about it.
Yesss and every Stefan stan defend him like anything. I get that their relationship is all about respecting each other choices but this was so fucked up. Stefan always worries about collateral damage as said by damon and it is 100% true. Funny thing is that he regrets it deeply later in thu episode and in season 7 talking about it w/ caroline 😂❤️
Elena didn't give her heart to Damon because she became a vampire. She became a vampire because she gave her heart to Damon. Every choice in 3x22 and 4x1 had to be hers. Her choice to make a deal with Elijah. Her choice to be on that bridge. Her choice to die to save Matt. Her choice to feed to complete the transition. Her love for Damon would be sealed in their sire bond from the moment she fed, which would ultimately protect her from Stefan's influence. "Save you? He didn't." That's why they took the bridge scene full circle. "You saved me. Thank you." Damon became her always, his place to put that daylight ring on her finger.
When Elena saw that Damon said "but my brother does" u can see she is disagree. She loves Damon but pretend to love Stephan because she thinks that she has to be with Stefan. But the heart wants what it wants.
By no means does she at any point in time fake her love or pretend to love Stefan. Yes she wants Damon but she still loved Stefan regardless. Elena fell in love with Stefan LONG before she even tolerated Damon everything after that was just her falling in love with Damon while still loving Stefan
She fell out of love with Stefan after he bit her. She continues to love him, but only as a friend. "Not just to Stefan, Damon. To Tyler. To Caroline."
Elena doesn't pretend that she loves Stefan because she truly does, but she does pretend to be in love with him. She's like Katherine that way. Katherine loves Damon, but she's in love with Stefan. Elena loves Stefan, but she's in love with Damon. That's why I laugh when Elena gets locked in a cell across from Rebekah. She gets Rebekah to believe she's in love with Stefan just so she can survive her transition. That's why she gets Damon's second compulsion at the ranch. Rebekah had every intention of watching Elena die a second time, but Elena knows Rebekah loves blindly and recklessly, and Rebekah has no idea Damon is in that cell with Elena - in her very memory of the night they first met. Elena then pretends for the next 5 episodes that she's in love with Stefan. She wanted to break up with him in 3x22, but she didn't wanna hurt him, so she pushed him to break up with her in 4x6. Damon pushes her to that point. If she chooses Stefan, she stays with Stefan. Damon won't allow her to bounce back and forth like Katherine did. Elena is a lot more intelligent than fans give her credit for.
No she was not......just for the time being , until her friends got to know about her......as soon as they find out they helped her to calm down and Stephen helped her to control the craving of blood and teach some skills as well.😌
I am kinda realizing everyone killed Elena. Damon’s blood brought her back, Stefan’s choice to grab Matt first made her inhale more water, Meredith gave her more of Damon’s blood, Matt was driving and could’ve been looking at the road more carefully, and Rebecca steered them off the road.
Matt was being honest with Stefan in 4x1. He's the reason she's a vampire. He went against Elena's choice, drugging her out of her house for the sake of taking her out of town. He crossed the bridge as he was driving her to Damon. He then gave her the choice to keep going or turn back. His choices combined put her back on the bridge. She'd be alive if he stuck with his own choice. He either respects her choice to stay home, or he keeps driving her out of town against her will. She wasn't just on that bridge because she picked Stefan. She was on that bridge because Matt was taking her to Damon. Matt wasn't Stefan's first choice, and Stefan wasn't Elena's. 4x1 plays opposite 3x22, according to Matt's choices. That's why he gets a scene with Damon at Elena's house, and a scene with Stefan at the ranch. Matt was supposed to keep driving her to Damon, so he drives Damon to her.
And the reason she was so bad that she had to be given blood to heal, was duo to Klaus draining her blood and making her fall and hit her and head if I remember correctly
Everyone says how selfish damon is he brought that ugly asd necklace back to elena 4 times in all . Knowing what it meant and who it was from . The whole time in love with her. You damon haters can such it. He might have been bad alot but he also was kind and loving and selfless period
That necklace was more for Delena than Stelena. Stefan gave it to her once, and it was like...eh. Damon put it on her in 1x14. Put it on her in 2x8. Put it on her in 3x1. Tried to give it back to her in 3x5, and she was like... uhm, no lol. That's when you know it's over for Stelena. And while many fans don't see it, there are two necklaces. The one Elena lays at Stefan's grave came from the prison world. The one Damon gave to Elena on her birthday still sits where Rebekah threw it in 3x15. Because for Delena... it was Damon's, not Elena's. Now that Damon is human, he can go back and get it because he can walk past the vampire barrier.
Seriously Elena saw how well things turned out for Caroline it did not take too long for Caroline to get over it Caroline could of taught Elena how to be a Vampire by feeding on Human Blood Bags
Don’t you love it when in the next episode elena says “maybe I’m better off dead” and Damon tells her not to think like that whereas in this episode he does nothing! 😂

The writers pulled a full parallel loop. Certain parallels are shown through other characters because Damon would never let Elena go. This scene has a parallel, and it's shown in 2x21, when Elena wakes on the couch and Damon's the one with her. They went from Damon and Bonnie in Klaus' ritual to Stefan and Bonnie in Elena's death because she's Damon's girlfriend... and he totally needs to stay in town. She feeds on Damon in 4x2 just like he fed on her in 2x22. They pull in the werewolf toxin so Elena can experience what Damon experienced. That's why she'll hallucinate Damon. Because he hallucinated her. Had Damon left town, they would've repeated season 3, but they shove Stefan back with Klaus because he can't handle losing his girlfriend and Klaus wants Elena human so he can make more hybrids.
if damon was the one to go in and save elena he definitely would have left ratty matty for the fish so would i honestly i hated matt from the second i saw him in episode 1
Besides talking about the casting director seems to have a type on so far on season 4 it seems the only thing that doesn't change is Stefan's hairdo LOL when they do flashbacks he still has the same haircut. That dude must love his hair Damon even made a comment about it once.

The casting director certainly has a certain type when she cast all the males. If it wasn't for some of their haircuts I can't tell them apart. They all seem to have a chiseled jawline and a thin face and what nowadays we would consider a slightly bushy eyebrows. And many of their eyebrows seem to be shaped the same. If it wasn't for Damon's haircut I don't know if I'd tell him apart from others on the show. Throughout the originals and legacy it's the same thing. I really do have a lot of trouble telling the men apart. But we definitely know what this casting director likes LOL
Until they find the cure, the vampire that pretends to be human because he can't accept his own vampirism isn't the right person to help Elena come to terms with who she is. Only the vampire who was able to embrace his vampirism can do that. Stefan will always love Elena, but he can't be in love with her as long as she's a vampire. Again, the vampire that pretends to be human because he can't accept his own vampirism. That's why he'll choose yet another human (Ivy) to start over with. He wants to live a human life, and only a human girlfriend can make him forget what he is. Katherine knew Damon was better for Elena because she dated both brothers. Even Rose knew, and she wasn't around for very long. Damon's blood had to be in her system. Because every time Stefan respects her choice, she nearly dies. Stefan should be thankful that he got 6 more episodes playing vampire with Damon's girlfriend.
Everyone’s blaming Stefan , Matt , and Elena and yet not a single persons calling out the real person that caused this mess in the first place . Klaus , if he didn’t bring his bullshit paranoia , sibling rivalry s, and drama. None of this would’ve happened to Elena or any of these characters

Yep she didn't listen walked right through a booby trap door and cause Connor to turn his gun on her brother. When Stefan was trying to negotiate with him. And so hard-headed Elena go see the tunnel and kills Connor when stepping was trying to keep him alive to help find a cure for her vampire
No offense but why are Elena and stefan acting so stupid like bonnie can just find a cure or sth out of the blue? Jeez, just like damon said, youre dead, get over it
I mean because Elena is special and they all do anything for her even if it’s absolute bullshit. Like Bonnie’s mother turned into a vampire a few episodes earlier and Bonnie didn’t try to find a way out of it. Damon was right here she feeds or she dies, if she says she’s ready to die, then don’t feed… but Stefan cannot ever say no to Elena, it’s so infuriating
I find Elena very conflicting. She seems to have self-confidence and self-love. But the fact is every time it's between her any of her friends she wants to die and then live. Ashley by now it's kind of old seeing how she always wants to self sacrifice. At this point I agree with Damon I wouldn't say somebody I love over their friends any day. It's like she's a martyr. Or as I said she doesn't feel she deserves to live over anybody else. It really is old by now. How many of us would say no save them let me die but this latest one and her fighting about it with Damon saying he would have saved her is ridiculous. I mean seriously she gets mad at him because he admits he would have saved her that's crazy.
And this is just crazy Elena just tapped her first dear. And you can see it thick running down the corners of her mouth but she has no instinct to wipe it. Makes no sense. Are we supposed to be scared grossed out or what it just makes me think I can't believe they lost the instinct of wiping their chin
with blood all over their face even dripping from their lip or something carrying on a conversation. When usually people's first instinct is to wipe their mouth with their hand or something. Not only do they not wipe the blood off their face Bill talk to other people like nothing's wrong once they get back around them after they drink period when did 6 out the most is Caroline after feeding and then she went once talked to her mom and bloods all over her face and even once talking to her dad with blood all over her face and down her neck. Does nothing for me to watch that what I do like is they don't cry blood they cry tears. And the fact that they can eat and drink. Which they seemed to really enjoy the most LOL drinking that is
Why would elena die after 3 hrs of no more blood but katharine,aurora and marcel's friend vampire did not have blood for longer time but they didnt die? Is it because elena a new vampire ?
Not 3 hours, nearly an entire 24. She died at night while going over the bridge with Matt. This is the following night. She's as close to death as Damon was. He and Stefan died at night when they were shot by their father. Following night, Stefan forced him to turn.
Now she's mad at Stefan because she decided to go after Connor and killed him. He wouldn't even be dead and she wouldn't have to feel the guilt about killing somebody if she had just stayed where she was. I knew it I said it before I saw it. All she's going to do is the wrong thing get somebody killed or killed himself and do nothing but crying and moan about it and boy are they dragging out her guilt feelings even to the point of her hallucinating. See she just does things she wants to do and then we're supposed to pity her because she's so nice and caring she'd rather die than have a friend die. So instead of letting the Brothers carry out their plan she goes in and does it herself care someone boo hoo I don't feel sorry for her. And it's funny which by the way she doesn't even check on her brother once they get home. She's literally the cause of her own misery because she wants her own way. And I can see her selfish instead of unselfish because she has to always be the hero
Oh my God I'm on episode 5 season 4. Elena still getting on my nerves. All the time she wants to sacrifice herself here she is again. Even though she has a lot of guilt from so many of her plans getting screwed up. All she does is make it harder for other people to save the day. She's the one that happened to get plenty of people killed that are dead already.. teenagers they think they know everything even when someone has a thousand years of wisdom on them. She really does get on my nerves. She's a lot like hope in legacies. Hope the teenager at 15 thinks she knows more than any of the adults or supernaturals around her they never stick to the plan they always go off on their own someone dies then they feel guilty about it.
😭the acting is good, but they ruined the show by making elena into a vampire both that, and the end of stelena.... seasons 1 2 and 3 will always remain the best if you like love island, you'll like delena in s4 5 and 6 they were horrific 1 night stands per season
