And also congrats for coming out, I support you and I’m proud :).
Stefan would let her die in the name of "respecting choices" and Damon also cared about Elena's feelings & respected her choices only if she didn't want to go on a suicide mission TF
Rewatching these scenes made me realize even if Elena said " it's always gonna be Stefan" she never stopped flirting with Damon,yeah they were friends but she knew damn well there was something different. She was attracted to him from the beginning. And what's with always touching him, staring at his lips kind of stuff? She played dumb but she knew exactly what she wanted😏

The 60s Dance Scene is the best use of Foreshadowing I have ever encountered in a show. First is the hand off from Stefan to Damon of Elena, while Stefan goes to dance with Caroline. What makes this scene even more dynamic in it's foreshadowing is the song playing the background Last Kiss. The song is about how a man loses his lover due to a tragic car accident. Hence we have the foreshadowing of the end of Season 3, while at the same time the song Last Kiss foreshadows the end of Season 2 with Elena giving her future lover his "Last Kiss". This scene is just chef's kiss.
Everyone saying "no she wasn't" are dumb af, he or she literally said that she was always attracted to him in an indirect way.....how can ysll be so freaking dumb

Despite the fact that it's been nearly a year that I watched tvd but GODDAMN I'M STILL OBSESSED WITH HIM AS HELL and that I've never been into a character in movies/tv shows industry but only him. He's the only fictional character I love and I've have crush on him even before I started watching the show but it was not that much and he was the reason I watched it. Damon Salvatore is indeed ths best and hottest of all the time. No one could ever portray this character better than Ian Somerhalder. He's irreplaceable
Damon was. They didn't spend a lot of time dwelling on it, but he was clearly distraught by the whole thing. I maintain that even with all the manipulation and abuse, he kinda used Andie to keep his "good partner" skills sharp while the real thing was slowly coming to her senses, and couldn't help but get attached in the process.

NOOOOOO 🤣 if you have good morals you would never accept delena over stelena everything was wrong about delena, and to top of it off, they broke up in real life the producers tried so hard to make delena look good, yet i saw more chemistry between elena and stefan through a phone call in season 3 than elena and damon ever had 1 night stand in episode 7 of season 4, and then getting back together in the final episode 😭 some dusty relaitonship
