Plot:
Hope turned off her humanity after her father Klaus died of her and her (as shown in the previous video) after Damon broke up with her to protect her from himself.
Still, he never stopped loving her.
Hope as a Tribrid is quite wild, an aspect that Damon partly appreciates and fears, as he was the one who told her to turn off her pain.
Hope is also Stefan's ex, who tries to awaken her emotions with the help of Alaric. But it does not work.
Damon decides to make her her way, he wants her to have fun with her and now that he has no feelings for her, he can't hurt her anyway. The two have fun, go to the disco, kill and drink blood, until they end up in bed together.
The next morning, however, she goes away, abandoning him and this hurts him.
He is already fed up with Hope's dark version and so he decides to help Stefan. Damon finds Hope in a club, has killed many of her and initially tries to tell her that he still has feelings for her but Hope leaves, again.
Damon doesn't let go and follows her, this time trying to support her idea of her having fun, pretend.
Stefan, Josie and Elena join him but the last one, who has recently become a vampire, asks him for help to feed. Hope finds Damon giving Elena blood, it's a very intimate thing, and she finally feels something: anger.
She exits the club, where she finds the rest of her former friends of hers. She is attacked by Ethan, who wants to capture her and for this he kills him, in front of everyone. Josie, however, puts her to sleep and Damon, with a kiss, enters her mind.
Hope finds herself together with many keys, representing ALTERNATIVE REALITIES as she sees her father again, being with Damon but she realizes it's not real. Anger becomes revenge, she wants to kill the vampire.
Hope pursues Damon until she finds him, they argue and Hope, as a powerful tribrid, has the upper hand.
Damon gives a speech and it triggers memories, until she realizes she is still trapped in her mind. She finds the right key and this rekindles her humanity of hers, Damon awaits her and together they can live happily ever after.
