Team Stefan Damon was trash I don’t understand how people can like Damon he S/A and abuse so many women he played victim all the time he mentally abused Elena So Team Stefan
Damon played the victim every episode blaming stefen for making him a vampire like he didn't Adore being a vampire he once chose death over becoming human cut the pitty party you should be kissing stefens feet for making you something other then a soldier who fought by choice for slavery I hate both btw am team call buffy
I know that Stefan and Damon have both done bad things, but I find that Damon is often excused for his bad actions just because he is sexy and charismatic. I appreciate that Stefan recognizes his mistakes and always tries to improve and redeem himself. Damon was undoubtedly one of the best villains in the series, but I agree that he ended up getting off a bit too easily while Stefan sacrificed himself several times to save his brother, including in the end to save his city, atone for his sins, and allow his brother to live a human life. I find that Damon covered his bad things with his humor and sarcasm and I didn't like that Damon flirted with Elena while she was dating his brother. Stefan deserved to be treated with more consideration. That Damon acknowledges that his brother is a better man than him says a lot. Even if he's not perfect, Stefan will always be a better man in my eyes.
stefan is the BETTER man tho. damon has SA'ed many woman mainly caroline at the beginning. did he even apologize to her? damon has killed stefan's best friend and he forgave him almost instantly! one of the reasons why most people prefer damon is cuz he's hot and he's the 'dangerous bad boy that hates everyone except his girlfriend'. if he was ugly they wouldn't care at all about or maybe they just don't care that elena endgame is a rapist. like idc if he got somewhat better at the end. he only decide to better himself cuz elena was gone, if she was still around he would've still been the same. and another thing: when ever elena upsets damon or breaks up with him he always goes on a murdering spree and everyone's cool with it?? and he did it with his humanity on?? i think that's supposed to imply that damon loves elena sm that he will go on a rampage if they're broken up?? at least stefan does killing when he's in ripper mode and not cuz his feelings got hurt. and he complained how stefan turned him into a vampire, why couldn't he just end his life just like that?? anyways... there is sm more that i hate about this man but yeah, team stefan in general ❤️
in later seasons Damon became so whiny, especially about Elena like can you talk about anything else??? and then he’d go on emotional rampages and then here come Stefan saving him.. also tempting Stefan with blood and then acting oblivious/or.. you know
Damon tried to SA his younger brother's girlfriend TWICE, and kept pushing in on her until he finally stole her. Stefan in the end sacrificed himself so that his brother can be with the girlfriend he stole lol. Stefan is a much better person than Damon. Even if they have both done bad things as vampires, as brothers, Stefan easily is better.

I'm not sure who Stefan should have ended up with lol Steroline was not it, so I guess Stelena? I honesly don't feel strongly about Stefan and anyone else as I do about BAMON.
I agree that Stefan was the better brother. I think Damon got more popular because he was like funnier to watch and that’s kinda true he’s sassy and all but that can’t excuse anything. Like he was truly a bad person without being a vampire and got better only because he was in love with Elena. Although I gotta admit at the end he knew how to be a better person even to Stefan. But Stefan was always a good person and has been through so much so he’s definitely the better brother. I personally can’t forgive Damon for killing Lexi (she’s my d’avoir it’s caracter) or abusing Caroline.

Neither is the better brother, no matter if they went back and forth saying Damon your the better man no Stefan your better! It’s like bro really?! But I love both, and they have a lot of flaws.
I love stefan but humanity or not i blame stefan for enzo's death, he had no reason, its not like they were fighting or enzo was trying to stop him, enzo was just standing and stefan ripped his heart out. Damon did apologise to Caroline for what he did. Damon changed that victim mind set in season 5, everyone who didn't like it ended up loving him. As a person stefan is better but as a brother damon was better. For a very long time stefan help damon when he went of the rails out of guilt but damon did stuff for stefan just cos he is his brother. And as for elena, he loved her before he knew she was with stefan, that wasn't his fault

Actually season 1 episode 19 at the end Stefan grabs Elena and slams her up against the wall, that’s definitely abusive. ALSO in season 3 episode 11 Stefan scares the hell out of Elena by threatening to drive her off Wickery bridge and then he leaves her in the middle of the street.

3 days late but i'd like to point out Stefan assualted girls too. It's just that nobody thinks about it or cares because they aren't main characters. Also, on a personal level, i find him rude and annoying at different points. I disagree with him being a good guy. All in all Stefan is not better than Damon nor the other way around
@bacilialex I knew someone would reply with that excuse. Stefan being a ripper that sometimes has his humanity off is a whole nother issue that I would rather not get into, but spoiler alert, I tend to think most of the time it's his own fault. Let's just agree to disagree unless you want to get a very in depth discussion that takes all of eternity.
