DamonPs2 on Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus Snapdragon 845 Variant 

I am happy to say the Playstation 2 games, at least the ones that you can see on my games list all run pretty much at full speed, however as you can see as I tested Kingdom Hearts 2 the problem is that there is a major texture issue which was not present on the Galaxy S8 Plus and also the games randomly freeze probably because DamonPs2 isn't properly optimized yet for the Galaxy S9 Plus, hopefully they fix this issue soon!
