Thank you Dan. I am a Big Fan of You and Tim. Your advice over the last few years has really been a Blessing 🙏. I am 64 this July and what you share really resonates. My biggest issues are hip and shoulder pains. I have found a real correlation to when I follow your advice and relief. Not just this video but several of your theories. Great stuff Dan. Been using OS Resets for the last couple of years and they feel so good. You are look good in your older years sir! Athletic and trim.
@@DanJohnStrengthCoach you did on another topic. I may write to you how I have adopted some of your exercises that is improving my strength flexibility and helping shoulders.
I normally add rocking, head nods, and look arounds to every training session, do the first two from 6-point, really like circular rocking because it benefits my creaky shoulders. Egg rolls I add in w/ windshield wipers and a reset I call hip rolls since I've forgotten what Tim called them. Haven't felt well for a few days, but may do 15 minutes of these and maybe bird dogs later. Not up for any kettle bell or dumb bell work.
