Just signed up for a trainer, and my first session was all bodyweight and stretching. I asked for a muscle building plan. WTF.

@@strengthwithpurpose6147 bodyweoght walking lunge, standing on foam roller and touching toes, walking on battling ropes, reverse lunge with walking ropes, reverse lunge and press with kettlebell, and kneeling 1 arm cable lat pulldown. Also bear crawls. And leg swings
