This is a true bravura performance. And not only is the voice great (voices 😊), but the recording and editing and music - all just excellent. Thanks for reacting to this A+ job. 10/10 for sure. My Immortal is also great, BTW. - not so spectacular, but fiercely emotional and very moving.

A brilliant performance by Dan. His production is always tops! This is from 5yrs ago. Re his hair, it was long already he seems to keep it at a certain length. Glad you gave it a top score coz that's what it deserves. There are so many sides to Dan that you haven't seen so can't wait for that. I've already suggested "Battle Hymn" but another one I really like is a Beast in Black cover, "Blind and Frozen. Looking forward to more Dan reactions, thankyou😃

I’m making my way through his songs, and there isn’t one that I wouldn’t recommend, they are all fantastic. My favourite ones right now are Fairy Tale the one from 2018, and Battle Hymn. If you could please react to those two 😊❤️

You guys commented on how you thought thus must be an older video because Dan's beard wasn't very full, yet ... well, 😂. His beard is usually in the short scruff, but, he has been known to change it at whatever whim, and, has appeared many times with a thick black well grown beard, and just as often, completely clean shaven. 😉 I really love Dan's version of BMTL! His metalized versions of nonmetal songs are always so much fun, but, I just wanted to prepare you guys that not all Dan's songs are metal or metalized. He has just as many straight vocal renditions as metal, and, he is just as phenominal. His music theater, and, folk style songs are incredibly beautiful, too. Check out his A Million Dreams, A Tale That Wasn't Right, Lost in Paradise, Scarboro Faire for just a sampling of his non-metal songs. 😊

You guys are great! For a nice variety of Dan, check out "My Mother Told Me," his "Hallelujah Chorus," and his duet with Violet Orlandi on Seal's "Kiss From a Rose." Those just scratch the surface. Dan Vasc is absolutely phenomenal! Can't wait for your next DV reaction! Let's gooooo!!!

Just wanted to provide a bit of info about Dan... His full name is Daniel Vasconcelos. He's classically trained and sings everything from folk, to ballads, to classic rock, to Broadway, to opera (the real deal) to "Disney metal" and his true love, symphonic/power metal. (and everything in between , really) He's Brazilian and has his own power metal band called Fearless. His band mates are his younger brother Davi (Bass) and 2 of their childhood friends, Gabriel Belozi (guitars) and Giovanni Rezende (Drums). They're all incredible musicians. There are original Fearless songs on his channel and the band put out their first full album in 2019 titled, Chronicals Of Ancient Wisdom. Dan speaks Portuguese, Italian, French and English fluently and he does all of his own backup vocals (unless it's a duet or collab with another artist) as well as all of his own mixing and arrangements. The greatest part is that he does it all out of the studio he built in his garage! There's so much background info on him that you'll learn more about, if you react to more of his music. (You'll learn it from the comments, for sure) Those of us who follow Dan, are extremely loyal to him and we've even got an "unofficial" fan club name... VascNation LOL I'll quit here, since this comment is already quite long, but thanks for the great reaction to Dan! I hope we see a lot more! #HailVascNation

I absolutely love everything that Dan does, I'm afraid he has spoiled me for almost all other singers. While I still really enjoy the original versions of the many songs he has recorded, I more often than not find Dan's version so much better. I think it's purely his tone that sits so comfortably within my auditory tract... He is absofrigginlutey the best I've heard in a very very long time,,, plus he is not unattractive to gaze upon...who am I kidding, he is totally gorgeous and luscious and drool inducing and all the other good things one can think of...🤤😋☺️ 🙃🐨🇦🇺

Dans vocals are amazing, what he can do with voice is incredible! Dan is never predictable, you never know what he is going to do with his voice. He always surprises you with something new. Many thanks for another great reaction to Dan. If you haven’t already, please check out his newest release of My Heart Will Go No, a Celine cover from the movie Titanic. Believe me, it’s nothing like the original and you will get to see the metal side of Dan.

Of course it’s a 10!! Dan does outros to his older songs. He stopped doing them because when people would watch his videos over and over, they would cut them off before the end and it messed up RU-vid’s algorithm. At least that’s how I understand it. Dan also did some Q & A videos where he answered questions from fans. They are hilarious. He has a great sense of humor. To really get an idea of his personality, watch him sing the United States National Anthem and then he did a separate apology video because some of his fans were offended by the video and he responded to them. It’s not what you expect and it’s pretty great.

If you want growls, check out his cover of Poker Face, a Lady Gaga song. He completely changed this song and made it Epic! You will also get to hear him speak at the end.
