Jimmy, you've brought up a point here that others reacting to Dan don't even mention. I think that it's great art how Dan has decorated his recording studio in his garage in simple black and how he uses the light to showcase himself perfectly. I've seen so many videos of Dan. He always wears the same simple clothes and he refuses to have any tattoos. Just perfect. He only varies his hair and beard according to the songs and he does that really well. Simplicity and restraint can often lead to better art.
