Dans presence’s is captivating there is something about Dan that pulls you all the way in fast you can’t ever pass up anything of Dans it’s so funny we find ourselves everyday and night looking on Utube just for anything with Dan lol
What I also find amazing about Dan Vasc, is the fact that he sings all his own harmony parts. He records all of the background singers parts, etc. an editing nightmare? But the sound is fantastic!❤
He's so darn flirtatious in this video, male or female, young or old, how can one not love him? But, it is Victor the guitar nerd playing the guitars and bass.
If you read the description of all of Dan's videos. He credits any musicians he has on as guest. This particular song, he states that Victor the guitar nerd played all instruments.
Dan is phenomenal. He might not be playing all the instruments, but the arrangements are mostly by him and the camera he uses is the only one, from multiple angles and at least three takes. That's a lot of work for one man, to produce a great video that we all love. :D
I can truly say, "This is one of my favorites," because pretty much all of Dan's music is...my favorite. (grin) Regarding his background music, at least in all of his newer projects (not as much in the older ones), Dan makes sure he puts the correct credits in his Description. For this one, here's what he says: "Track credits: All vocals by Dan Vasc All instruments by @victortheguitarnerd Mixed by Victor The Guitar Nerd and Dan Vasc Mastered by Tony Lindgren Dan DOES play a bit of guitar, and does a pretty good job on the keys, but he doesn't use those skills for his videos unless he has made a quick track for them. If you see a guitar actually playing in the video (as with this one), that means it is NOT Dan making the guitar music. 😀 On some of his Instagram reels, where he's giving us hints of what is up-and-coming on his list, sometimes you'll see him using a keyboard a little bit, as he putting things together, but he's not "playing it" in the general sense of the word. One of his comments that he has made, that I've heard him say on several different podcasts, is, "I LOVE MIDI files! They're so GREAT!" In this particular one, the credits definitely say that ALL the instrumentals are by Victor, and ALL the vocals are by Dan. Then the two of them did the mixing, before they gave it all over to Tony, for the mastering. That's pretty typical with Dan and Victor. When he has other guitarists guesting on his channel, you'll see a different set of those song credits. I love watching for them, because you can gain a lot of information about several different things, by reading them thoroughly. Any way you put it, Dan himself (with a little help from his friends) gets the job done. After the first time he tried to get a producer to accept what he had to offer, and realized it was going to be a "train robbery," so to speak, he swore off of that approach, and here we are, years later, listening to the WONDERFUL results from Dan's personal commitment to both himself and his audience. I LOVE IT! 😀 Thank you VERY MUCH for your lovely reaction. 😀
In one of your last reactions you asked us about our favourite cover, well it's so hard to pick one but this one is definitely on my list, not only because I've always liked the song but well, it's Dan! What else needs to be said 😄 Btw, Victor The Guitar Nerd is the one playing the guitar and doing all the instrumentals for this song, as mentioned in the credits. Dan always mentions in the description who did the instrumentals, the mixing and mastering.
Fun fact about Victor the Guitar Nerd (the guy who's doing the instrumentals in this): Because Victor helped Dan out when Dan's channel was small, Dan gives him a percentage of all the videos he's in. Dan doesn't do that for any of his other guest artists.
Shout out to Victor the Guitar Nerd performing guitar in this video. This is the version of Heaven is a Place in Earth the world needs. Love it! Hail Vasc-Nation ❤️🤘✝️
The guitarist in this video, and many other videos, is the amazing VictorTheGuitarNerd, who also plays for Eleine. Great reaction as always! Looking forward to the next one!🤘🤘🤘
Oh wow that last note while fading out! Great cover and Dan clearly has fun. An observation: Dan clearly fills out his shirt a lot better than Victor the guitar nerd😊 Also, I would love a Dan Vasc playlist ti be made. That way the reactions to his performances are easily found. Because I do listen to them more than once😊 I’d love to see you react to Your Love, A Tale That Wasn’t Right, Heaven, The Last Goodbye. Son of Pain and I See Fire
I go with you. Dan is multi-talented. I think he will be self-taught. This adaptable voice is awesome. Gladly more from Dan Vasc.... There are enough 😉❤️
Great reaction my friend. He is an amazing vocalist and has so much enthusiasm and energy. Please keep your reactions coming and I will be happy to watch. 🙋🏼♀️ 🎶🎙️🎶 🌟 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Actually Dan has given me new life. I raised 6 kids born in the 70’s and these 80’s covers brings me such happy memories. I could listen to him sing Faithfully on repeat!! My kids are thrilled that I’ve found him. They seem to think it validates them!😂😂😂
As a 65 yr old. This song is one I know well. He sort of sounds like Serviver. "Early '80's". He is good. Have heard some of his music. I think he may be classically trained.
@@josiahrobinson6135 Yes. 😀 Also, he TAUGHT vocal music for a living, for a while, himself. You can get a copy of his e-book that is named "Healthy Voice," by going directly to website and REGISTERING (you won't get it, if you don't register).
Dan's younger brother is named Davi and plays in Dan's band Fearless. The one playing in this video is Victor the guitar nerd, he's from Sweden, and plays in a band called Eleine.
@natogan1 -- Nope. It's Victor the Guitar Nerd. By the way, Victor has his own channel (with more Dan songs, but PLENTY more of his very own inventions, which are just GORGEOUS). When Dan's brother Davi (Dah-VEE) plays, it's general bass. If other guitars are needed for one of their own songs, or when Dan is doing his folk songs, it will sometimes be Gabriel Belozi on either electric or acoustic guitars. Other than that, Dan has a large list of other guitar players who help him out. He says that he plays a little bit, but that he doesn't do well enough to make his own guitar tracks.
