Recently Dana White has been working overtime to defend certain fighters in the UFC, so I thought I'd make a tier list for Dana White including his favourite and least favourite fighters currently competing in the UFC.
@@funfionn2045 Strickland deserved the rematch against DDP (Izzy didn’t deserve it being 1-3 for his last 4). But Aspinall literally won the Interim HW belt, on top of that defended it. And he’s still not getting the next title shot, but a washed 40 yr old Stipe is, he lost his last fight against Ngannou and his last win was against DC which was 4 years ago.
I don’t think Dana hates Aspinall, he has the potential to be a massive pvp star, but unfortunately he has to put aspinall down for his boyfriend Jones.
Leon c tier needs a 10 fight streak for a title shot. Strickland c tier, gets a title shot on a 2 fight win streak with 1 ranked win. Yea one of these things are not like the other. The UFC LOVES strickland. Dude gets wildly preferential treatment.
It was a short notice fight with no one else to fight adesanya at 293. They had no choice when they realised he might be popular enough to sell PPVs and for adesanya to get a win over him. Then After losing the belt they gave him the Costa fight who was ranked #7. If he lost he was never gonna get another title shot. They tried to get rid of him asap.
14:35 Dana has hated GSP once GSP requested VADA testing for the UFC and against Hendricks as he suspected Hendricks to take roids which he was that’s why you have Dana raging at GSP to rematch Hendricks after he believes GSP but not the same with Jon vs Ryes, forced GSP to defend his middleweight title or stripped but not the same for Jon vs Aspinall.
Strickland should be b tier he got title shot for win over costa, whittaker beated costa aliskerov and booked to fight chimeav and strickland will get title shot before him
@@m3rl707 you can make the argument that whittaker with win over khamzat deserve it more my point is that strickland treated fairly you can't compare him to aspinall or aljo
@@محمد-ط1ك4ح yea I agree. If Whittaker beats khamzat, he should fight for the belt before Sean. It's not that I think the ufc don't like sean, it's just that they don't care for him.
Dana’s dream champ roster: Sean OMalley Max Holloway Colby Covington Izzy Jon Jones I don’t know who Dana’s favorite flyweight, light weight or light HW are his favorites.
I wouldn’t go that far but I agree that Jones’s resume isn’t as good as people make it out to be as most of his opponents were bloated middleweights who were significantly smaller then him.
I’m glad someone else thinks Yan beat aljo in the rematch too. I thought 1,4,5 going to Yan was pretty obvious and Aljo got 2 and 3 by ground control. I literally still think Yan is better people call aljo the bw goat somehow
@@KamvaNtontela-rj2mo I do but I genuinely can’t give him credit for a single title win. Acting for the dq (id have respected it if he just said no I cant continue instead of rolling around and acting like he “wanted to keep going”), 2 split decisions, and TJ with a dislocated shoulder going into the fight. Like he’s high level but I don’t think he’s better than any of those guys
I'm an MMA fan, and I would love to see Jon vs. Stipe. 2 goats of their divisions fighting for the overall goat spot and the right to retire as world champion. They've earned it. That is something special to see in my lifetime. Tom is a great fighter and will no doubt be champ someday, but let the goats have their fight. Tom doesn't need to beat either one to become a goat. He just needs to win all his fights, and eventually, people will see him as a goat.
“Stipe is the goat”? Maybe once was but I wouldn’t even put him top 5 right now. No one’s complaining about them two fighting, You’re right they both deserve it. However that fight should not be for belt as Jones is not fighting the best. Aspinall has more defences then the actual “champ” which should never be allowed to happen.
