Go to any legit BJJ school and roll with a girl that isn't a white belt. If you're untrained and go 100% with her, I can almost guarentee you're getting tapped.

If you look into it you'll find it doesn't really depend all that much on strength but about technique and I find it amusing that someone would say an Olympic medal winner in Judo wouldn't be able to flip someone because of his weight...especially when that someone is Ronda Rousey...
