Not gonna lie. In elementary 4th grade, I was a disappointed when they took away the random BG videos on songs for these new interfaces of better rendered characters dancing on stages (even though some Extreme 2/STR!KE songs kept theirs). So much so that I didn't have the feeling to play DDR anymore. In this case, I just watch the other kids play the pop songs and overlook on how great it really is. That certainly changed when I looked at the complete songlist years later, and I have to say it did not disappoint! KOs from SuperNOVA 2, songs we never got from EXTREME, a hint of the Xbox Ultramix songs, and AWESOME Bemani crossovers! So glad I didn't stop after buying EXTREME 2 and no regrets in between!
