Hi. Thanks for your video. Can you please explain a little more about program p02. If I have floor sensors- which settings would you recommend? If I chose p02 02, i.e. it reads both the floor and room temperature and I set 20 C, what does that mean? The water in the pipes in the floor will not go above 20C (does not really make sense?) or it will maintain the air temperature as 20c?
"If I chose p02 02, i.e. it reads both the floor and room temperature and I set 20 C, what does that mean?" - It means you set room temperature at 20C. It will maintain the air temperature as 20C. At p06 you can limit floor temperature at 20-45C, in case you have natural wood covering to prevent it from overheating. Floor sensor is for safety. Let's say you made room temperature setting at 26C, floor sensor limitation setting at 35C. Water circulates for a long time and can'not reach room 26C. Because of slow temperature transfer from pipe to room, heat accumulates under wooden covering and heats up, in case it reaches 35C, heating goes off for a while. Max underfloor temperature should be set according parquet or other covering producer recommendations.
I've had this thermostat for a year and still have no idea how it works, pressing and holding for M 6 secs gives me only three options with random digits above; 01 / 01:HA 02 / 01:52 03 / 01:24 I can randomly manually switch on the heating using a CH button on the boiler, it's hit and miss if it comes on or not It shouldn't need to be this difficult!!!
I guess you have another thermostat, called TP5001: www.danfoss.com/en-gb/products/dhs/radiator-and-room-thermostats/room-thermostats-and-time-controls/programmable-room-thermostat-tp5001/#tab-overview Give me a code number to support you better.
Just moved into a new build house. I have this controller upstairs and downstairs. But Is there anyway of making my heating come on at the touch of a button instead of having to set the timer.
@@heatingsolutions123I’ve done this, and set the time and date from your instructions but when I press the arrow to the left and right to change the temperature it does not change
OK. Best way would be to set the thermostat to "manual" control, "schedule off". In case real room temperature is higher comparing to set temperature. Thermostat should be off. Otherwise it is broken. Schedule off: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OO0nVY5sgbU.htmlsi=fUmpJ1aW5r-RcQnp
I have this controller outside my bathroom configured with a thermostat on the inside wall. Am I right in assuming I should select P02 -set03 for the inside thermostat only? If this is correct why is my minimum temp limted to 20C? Can this value be lowered?
@@heatingsolutions123 thanks for your reply. So how can I lower the temperature inside the room to lower than 20C? As per regs the controller cannot be situated inside the bathroom....
Can you help? Thermostat shows +24, but real temperature is +21; heater shows supplied temperature +26. How to make room temperature +23 in the room? With programing manually P01, I set up +22, but temperature doesn’t rise
Hey, i set temperature on my thermostat but after several minutes the screen show the same p01 set 01 and. Maybe you know whats wrong? i try to reset thermostat, but after the screen show the same view set p01 01.
Hi! Please adjust schedule and set time correctly. Or switch the schedule off, set manual mode. Video ir here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OO0nVY5sgbU.htmlsi=gCddx-estMr2ZRBC
Thank you for sharing your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you're finding the thermostat in your new property confusing. It can be frustrating when you're dealing with a new system, especially in a new place. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to ask. Sometimes, getting used to a new thermostat's settings and features can take a bit of time, but I'm here to help if I can. Additionally, you might consider reaching out to the property management or a professional technician who can provide guidance on using the thermostat effectively.
I depends you would like to have manual temperature control or schedule. Probably this would help: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OO0nVY5sgbU.htmlsi=K0gCkLftyBbvqmCk
The clock timer has gone on mine. I cannot reset - it will not allow me too - and when I check timer it keeps going back to an “original setting” rather than the one I just adjusted for ie 20 degrees for 06:30-10:00 changes to 07:30-09:30 each time. Never used to do this and the little clock was on the screen, then I boosted the temperature - pressed left button until desired temperature was reached - boiler fired up but now it seems to be screwed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, when holding M the modes are completely different to that of your video. There are 3 modes for option 1-3 not 2 modes before you get too maximum temperature for example. Very confusing equipment.
Is this the right thermostat WT-P you got. Might be you have TP5001, looks very similar. TP5001 SETUP is here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BTGKSqTgHkA.htmlsi=_0if4Pcj5kgmnvk-
Very confusing thermostat how do I turn the heating on and off manually? It's really difficult to do. Can you give clear instructions on this please. I cannot change the mode to heating active icon no matter what I do
I think you should at least try manual mode to make shure it works properly: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OO0nVY5sgbU.htmlsi=gmCf9D1dvKwVSMgE
When I hold down M for 6 seconds there's no numbers, just random symbols, not even numbers. I'm so confused🤣 might have to buy a hive so I can use my heating
Bro, I just bought my first house and the developer had no idea 😂 😂 😂 I'm here searching how to use this shit, my house is empty and is probably on like 24 degrees while I ain't there 😂 😂 😂 😂 I've been looking at the hive also
For schedule switch off. Hold M for 6 sec. and at P01 select SET01 Video is here at 2:55min.: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OO0nVY5sgbU.html If random symbols appear might be different thermostat comparing to video or the one you have is broken.
Might be you have another one similar looking TP5001, video on it is here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BTGKSqTgHkA.htmlsi=y_jhDb3r8apnsFbL
Absolutely the worst programmer I have used in my 70s, of which a decade+!was as a builder, plus a further decade in facilities management consulting. Furthermore, nothing that I do in following the video works!!!!!
Which thermostat you got, WT-P or TP 5001? They look very similar. TP5001 video is here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BTGKSqTgHkA.htmlsi=_0if4Pcj5kgmnvk-
