Dulu dangan bay ini ada tempat dimana warga JB boleh melepas kan penat lelah setelah penat berkerja ,berjaln2 bersama kluarga sambil melihat laut ..ada bermacm2 jualan maknan , karaoke place ,tempat dimana tidak perlu kluar johor utk melepaskan stress seketika..tempat yg ekonomi sgt utk family bersantai .

rindu PANTAI LIDO♥️... Semuanya rakus kerana projek pembangunan. Hutan paya bakau pun habis dijarah. Area tempat ni boleh maju sebagai tempat rekreasi pelancongan. Orang JB dah tak tempat untuk riadah tepi pantai macam dulu-dulu😭😭

To be honest, Johor Bahru has all the potential to be the jewel of Malaysia, if properly managed and developed together with synergy from Singapore. Look for win-win situation and never undercut each other will see both sides of the causeway flourish to another level. Together we can even emulate the Greater Bay Area in southern China. Lets do it together.

@@billie6794 well for one Singapore is so over rated when everything is totally overpriced and that goes for so many Asian countries Where as Malaysia has so much to offer from affordable accommodation and food to some of the nicest people you would ever wish to meet I only just returned from a tour of China two days before the COVID outbreak and was not impressed by the way that the people treat tourists

Projek pemaju Greenland sangat merisaukan. Construction stuck dkt situ je. Projek diorang dekat Permas Jaya almost failed. Danga Bay pun terima nasib sama ke?

Jb mmg the best for me, cuma.. nak complain pasal building *apartment & condominium* yg takde org duduk and terbiar ade pon org yg mampu je, then buat baru lagi siapa yg nak beli sbb harga pon half million? Sbb org johor semua bkn kaya raya mcm dkt miami sana haih apa ni johor 🙄

blame Iskandar Waterfront Holdings (IWH - private company who owns Danga Bay lands), for not upgrade the Danga Bay Park and their surrounding to be on pair with Puteri Harbour area and fail to attract new investments too.... I really hate those advertisement hoarding along Pantai Lido - they close the Pantai Lido view since 2008 but only see Country Garden, Tropicana (halfway), Jade Palace (halfway)... the rest are damn deserted. I know it's their land, but wish MBJB would be more strict about the 'project' under IWH in Danga Bay. Only 'close' the Pantai Lido when the project is CONFIRM. Public still need to enjoy the natural Pantai Lido view... hmmm to me, IWH is such a failure...

let me make it clear... Iskandar Malaysia team (IRDA) is different with Iskandar Waterfront Holdings (IWH) ya.. Iskandar Malaysia team is the team behind the success and the iconic economic development in JB City and Kulai area while IWH is a private company who owns Danga Bay lands.. please please don't get me wrong...

JB can be greater if they build a tunnel to sumatra from pontian to pulau karimun. From pulau karimun, a highway to pekan baru where trans sumatra highway currently under construction will connect you to medan, or lampung for ferry to Jakarta or padang on the Indian ocean coast to surf.

Only half of pantai Lido is viewable, start from city center flyover until country garden all block by the construction hoarding. Johor state government should give them time-line to complete the project, and kick out them if not meet it and open for new development that can commit. not forever leaving the wall 😑

@@sariahshariff1951 there is too much supply in Malaysia. A lot of condos were built for foreign market. Now with Covid foreigners won’t come for sometime . But I believe many vacant units have been sold to foreigners. Some leave it empty to use in future.
