Kuala Lumpur city is very livable with a lot of trees, parks and better public transport connectivity. It has less noise & air pollution as compared to Bangkok, Hanoi or Saigon. You can enjoy the Malay, Chinese, Indian and Mamak foods at 1/3-1/4 of the price if you are from the $U.S. or €Europe.Rental in KL city per square metre is cheaper than Singapore or Bangkok.
Im indonesian have completed my study in KL with APU then work in singapore for five years sometimes i travel to KL just to visit my uni friend in my opinion for now singapore still better than KL but i wont be surprised if in 2040 KL and malaysia will surprass Singapore and i believe in future Ringgit will be stronger than SGD
@@待明歌 Not the world but biased and corrupt international media. Just look at all cultures that they claimed from neighbour country. Lol even claim durian is originally from Singapore.
@@archhub Greater KL typically grow 50% - 60% higher than national growth. So, at this rate, Klang Valley/Greater KL likely hit about US$400bn in 9-10 years.
@@archhub Im from KL actually. Well, Klang Valley is quite a big area, it can accomodate up to 12mil people as we can always expand in land size and build more highways, public transport. We are not constrained unlike city in islands. 😄
Pretty sure the Merdeka building is no longer planned. It's already built almost to completion. It will be open by the end of 2022. If I'm not mistaken that is.
KL is also the top 10 innovative city in Asia (KPMG) and among top 30 cities with the best economy globally now (Mori Foundation Japan). Your guess is as good as mine whether it will only get better!
Spore is very great but too small..from north to south travel only 15 min by car..not much to see only concrete jungle..saw same thing every day...so bored
Malaysia is actually collapsing economically bt it follows the Chinese model where build build build for less and less occupation and a shrinking economy. China is a overinflaled economy with a hollow base , The collapse of the Chinese economy is already evident for anyone who look deeper. Same with Malaysia . Indonesia is a sustainable country so too Vietnam, Phillipines and Myanmar as it has the volume and population to sustain such a growth. Sadly Malaysia does nt have that. Its population will only be 41 millionn by 2050.
lol..this is what you get when u learned your economic from youtube...argument without real facts and figure.. every country hv it own economic fundamental strength, monetary policy, foreign and domestic reserve and fdi rating ....
