to be serious, though, I do have a theory as to why Nagito seems so easily agitated and anxious in this section, when he's usually so disturbingly calm and optimistic in the face of horrible events. Usually, when it comes to his luck, he's thinking about the big picture, believing that no matter what happens, hope will win in the end . . . but *only* in the big picture. When it comes to him personally, he's resigned to never having any real, lasting happiness due to his luck cycle, and to cope with this, he tells himself that he's worthless, only a stepping stone to be used for some greater purpose. In the main game, that philosophy allows him to be disturbingly optimistic and seemingly uncaring. Here, though, he's finally enjoying some normal, human happiness hanging out with his friend . . . and he keeps imagining every single way it could go wrong.
I was trying to look for 5:32 for Komahina reasons..! But after seeing the whole thing, I’ve realized how much of a pessimist Nagito is; guess it’s his bad-luck good-luck cycle that has affected him to be like this. Great Video!
@@FishOniDeviantArt It's just...After watching the whole thing i can tell that he's incredibly aware of many things, and still in this situation he had not that much of a reason to react like that, but anyway he was like "aeaeaaaaaaeeemm yeah yeah i guess it's normal we're friends right no reason to think about any weird stufff yeaaaaaaaaaaaah". And i can't stop thinking how a person can possibly live like Nagito does. It's every-second anxiety and fear.
@@P.i.t.i.k.o.t no, I mean the options if you used a date ticket with someone and you have to choose what you’re gonna do together. like “let’s swim” or something.
