I really liked the darkness and seriousness of the episode. I imagined to feel the hardness of decisions made by a leader driven by circumstances and persuit for glory of his people (the "mineral" foreshadowing). And their (people) willingness to partake in his efforts in return by fighting and (in a few cases almost) dying in glory or clumsiness. Such os dwarven life and death. In details I again liked the simple editing of the table. For me its a symbol of hands on work, while its still distant and clean enough to represent a leader. Also the map and the other dwarf at the table symbolise the outside world, which without a leader is nothing. It all is a representation of a wet dream fantasy of any strategy game player. Achieved almost only by atmosphere. Thank you for for efforts, the great voiceacting, and the amazing way you tell dwarf fortress storys! There is a long way to go still, but you are marching it straight!

You were right, I did enjoy this episode. You're a very creative storyteller! For King Edel (or however it is spelled)!

The only thing I would change about this, is that the fight with the winged snail was a bit long/confusing, since the game doesn't give much visual content while the fight is happening. I know thats probably part of the game, but maybe there was a way to edit it differently. But generally great work.
