@mohamudahmed6554

True and it is. On the other hand one of the best social media platforms i have seen is Twitter, specifically the "Muslim twitter" . You have students of knowledge there spreading knowledge, refuting ignorance with the aqwal of the salaf and generally that is the only app i have felt so ignorant and such a laymen due to so many brothers being so knowledgable. In Tiktok you feel like you are surrounded by people spreading ignorance. Imagine having a naseeha and music playing in the backround or a islamic reminder with beats, that is tiktok. But to be fair, no one is loosing anything if they stay away from these platforms all together. If one decides to use one, one is better than the other for Muslims.

His videos are good and what Saajid portrayed in this video is completely slanderous and assumptive and serves no benefit but to misguide and create fitnah in the Ummah, Be careful of watching and listening to someone whos whole channel is buily on refuting and making other muslims look bad, its a sickness of the heart, and a true person of knowledge does not do these things, and if they were to refute, then they must be qualified and respectfully Saajid is not anywhere near being qualified for that. I recommend you and everyone to stay away from these kind of attacking slanderous videos that are just for views and publicity. Just because someone has a big beard and graduated from madinah does not make them correct or knowledgeable, infact, it is usually those who portray this image that end up being the most harmful to the ummah. I don't see anything wrong with anything the bro said. It is the most overlooked part of the kalimah. If the Khawarij misapplied takfir doesn't negate the correctness of the fact that Allah is the only Sovereign or Authority. 2nd there is something as general takfir and specific takfir. It is generally Kufr to rule by other than Shariah. But to make specific takfir is something else. 3rd Khilfah is the same things as the Imamah. The hadith is in respect to Khulafah rashidun. Khilafah is generally any imam that has authority of the Muslims and rules by the Shariah. 4th To establish Shariah is one the greatest duties of the Muslims. Yet somehow Sajid made it an act of deviency. Ajeeb

I have always said that despite well-intentioned young brothers, i see a major fitnah brewing from social media da'aees. Whilst on the one hand it's commendable that these young brothers are keen to spread Islam, it is unfortunate that they do so whilst lacking fundamental knowledge and aqeedah. I have come across so many social media channels that are spreading categorically false concepts to their ever-increasing fan-base; and i fear this is just the very beginning. May Allah guide us all.

Many of these Tiktok Daees have a slightly above average Islamic knowledge among the ignorant Muslim youths. Their way of preaching and the platform attracts youth. I have benefitted a lot but after a certain point and most probably due to the audience's pressure, they speak on topics on which they have little to no knowledge off. They did not learn under a scholar so they themselves try to use logic or take knowledge of deviant groups that sound appealing and parrot it to the audience.

Quran 24 : 55. Allah has promised those among you who believe and do righteous good deeds, that He will certainly grant them succession to (the present rulers) in the land, as He granted it to those before them, and that He will grant them the authority to practise their religion which He has chosen for them (i.e. Islam). And He will surely give them in exchange a safe security after their fear (provided) they (believers) worship Me and do not associate anything (in worship) with Me. But whoever disbelieves after this, they are the Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).
@9-11amossadvanbomberplotai9
Quran 3 : 103. And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allah (i.e. this Qur'an), and be not divided among yourselves , and remember Allah's Favour on you, for you were enemies one to another but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren (in Islamic Faith), and you were on the brink of a pit of Nar, and He saved you from it. Thus Allah makes His Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.,) clear to you, that you may be guided.

Assalam Au Alykum bro. Be careful to group everyone on a certain social media platform as khwarij, this creates more damage than good. It's like suggesting RU-vid is led by non-believers so we should shut down the media. This is a fatwa and largely impractical. You should try to seek out knowledge and that is focused on building a healthy Aqeedah as that is the knowledge foundation for our beliefs but that does not ally itself to any state today because as you've seen with Sudhi Arubia and other states, the nation-state concept is very limiting belief-wise, psychologically, socially, and even ethically.

Br. Sajad...While I acknowledge some inaccuracies that you pointed out, I don't understand why you think his message is so dangerous and deviant. Essentially he is calling for Muslims to live under one khalifah who implements Islam as a ruling system over them. Is that so horrible? Didn't Rasoolullah (s) order us to be united under one Imam/sultan who rules by the Haq? I would think that our kids becoming kuffar due to the spread of atheism and liberalism is far more urgent than what's going on here.

That said, we have to agree that 1) change from the top is a very valid method for affecting societal change and has many current and historical precedents (Ibn Katheer mentions several such instances) and most Muslim counties would be much better off without their current ruling classes, 2) the Saudi model is clearly not the best we should aspire to, and therefore 3) we should work toward a better model that is more congruent with Shari'ah. He wasn’t entirely wrong at 11:15. The west did in fact do that once ottoman rule ended. They divided and conquered (i.e. colonized). But this does not mean the region was blissful and harmonious before that. This young man’s passion comes from anger and frustration from the west that essentially took over the world and left it (Middle East esp) in ruins. I agree this approach can be dangerous. And the alignment u made with the khawaraj is clear. But pls consider brown Muslims’ experience and perspectives may be different bc of the complexities that lie within the history of white supremacy colonization and genocide/ethnic cleansing that STILL continues today. Not every brown Muslim can go back to their homeland to visit bc of wars that persist. And if they do they get to witness the injustices that are clearly linked to western powers. This does not justify extremism. But it informs it. History is not always accurately taught. And there’s always more to find out when a group has been consistently repressed and oppressed, then when they lash out (albeit misinformed, juvenile and counterproductive) they’ve become ‘extreme’. Just saying.

I skimmed through the comments here, and it’s scary how so many people think they can form their own opinion and express it so freely when it comes to religion. But I will point out the absolute point where Saajid proved beyond a doubt his stance against Rhyad: Using Prophetic Hadith that Khilafa would last 30 years: • Abu Bakr: 02 • Umar: 10 • Uthman: 12 • Ali: 06 Total is 30. Rhyad made a huge mistake not only saying Khilaafa lasted up to 1924 (which is wrong), but he also suggested that the west is the reason that no such Khilaafa exists today. Here’s what folks need to understand- Aqeedah relates to our Fitrah (the state of purity in which all human beings are born with). And it doesn’t take much to understand when someone’s Aqeedah has been compromised. For all people in the comments saying things like Saajid jumped to conclusions or has misunderstood Rhyad don’t understand the background that Saajid has - which includes 8 years of learning in Medina. The fact that Rhyad mentioned the “west” is the reason for the demise of Khilaafa is a form of Shirk - nothing happens good or bad without Allah’s permission. Saajid proved his point without a doubt that Rhyad is following in misguided footsteps. This does not mean the guy is bad and it doesn’t mean he is judging the guy, But this does mean Rhyad is misguided in the messages that are analyzed in this video. Saajid, amazing work and May Allah protect and guide all of us, Ameen.

I saw this exact video of his and thought the same thing. I disagreed with his opinion, but I didn’t know any Hadith to prove it, so thanks for referencing Hadith and verses of the Quran with their true meanings. When he said all Muslims of the world, were under one umbrella until the West split us up in the 1900s, that was a reach. The Islamic state has been in shambles, from within, since the death of Rasulullah. You cannot simply blame the west, The truth is that many Muslims and hypocrites started to form groups to gain control, politically or hierarchically. This divided the Muslims. I would like to believe Ryad Muslim is just misinformed. I hope he’s not affiliated to any of these groups, and I pray that Allah guides him. I’ll also like to mention that I’ve always had the opinion based on what I’ve read on the Arab and Islamic history, that the rightly guided caliphs were the end of the true implementation of Islam as a state, after the death of the Prophet. The remaining rulers were more political than religious. And most of the Islamic state rulers today are too, if Ryad had used this narrative, it would’ve been more digestible. If he claims we have to be united now, which single entity today does he think will rule exactly in accordance to the way the prophet did? It’ll rather be chaotic due to the many many differences they have. I really hope they focus on the spiritual aspect of Islam and not their political/selfish governance of the people. This is what has led to the creation of non-state actors in the form of terrorist groups who think their ideology is the only right way. They think they’re only accountable to Allah, and so they can oppose any leader. It has given them the motive to create violent opposition groups, that threatens peace worldwide. If we don’t read and understand the Islamic history, doctrine, and the principles of Tawheed, it’s very easy for us to be misguided. May Allah continue to protect and guide us.
