Im a Realtor and listing agent. Sorry Kris, we just don't accept phone calls but we're negotiators too and making sure all contracts are in compliance, trust me 13 yrs in the business and buyers are still calling me late 11 pm at night. Those cheap brokerage for flat fee listing will shut off their phones at 5 pm, lol! They don't care! Honestly, this house is not worth it, you're probably end up less than $70k profit maybe $50k, ouch! Any wholesalers can get that without lifting a hammer 😂
