If you had the COVID vaccine, that may have generated a blood clot. Medical research has been showing it is linked to blood clotting in some people. Whatever the trigger may have been, I hope you find a healthy solution to your issues moving forward. Strokes are scary for anyone to experience, so it's good to see you are doing well now.

@@FiftyPlusBeautyHello, this is my first time watching your channel. I don't want to sound snarky but do you think the stroke might have been caused from any type of dermatologically procedures you've had done? Botox perhaps?

So glad you are healing! As an RN, frankly what concerned me when listening to this video was that it seems as though you don't have once per year (or now for you post stroke probably twice per year) routine labs drawn that are appropriate for a 60 yo woman. These include a lipid profile (including all cholesterol levels). Please consider preventative labs and other tests. Also, my Dear One, we will all be 88 yo someday. Just sayin'
so weird, I was mostly vegan and had big time trouble with my heart. Out of fear, I switched to the carnivore diet. It gave my heart strength. All my heart issues went away. I have been on carnivore for almost 1 year.
The only diet ever scientifically shown to reverse our leading cause of human death (Cardiovascular Disease kills 33% of humans), with 99.4% success, is a *Whole Food Plant Based* diet. -Esselstyn, journal Family Practice
The fact that you recovered so quickly makes me wonder what you would have been like if you had NOT been doing the carnivore diet. You look great and thank you for the video.
I would love to see you and Dr. Berry do a video together! That man has saved my life, ive lost over 100 lbs, off bp keds and my thyroid nodule has shrunk by more than half. 58 years old and i feel great! I am so very happy you came through this ok and praying for your mother in laws healing❤.
Yes, Darlene is doing very well and I think will be out of the hospital tomorrow. Congratulations! I am so glad Doctor Berry has benefited you so much that you did the work! Congratulations to you!!
I am 69 and have had high cholesterol all my life as has my daughter. We are on the highest dose of statins that are subscribed. I have stopped taking mine, but I was wondering if it is the right thing to do. I have had a double bypass and have had stent surgery within the last 2 years.
@@rosemaryragsdale570being a syroke survivor, i feel wualified to comment, why did you stop your cholesterol meds?! That is a very dangerous thing to do! Does your doctor know? High cholesterol is a contributing factor of having a stroke!!! Its a numbers thing! High cholesterol, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and a person is a ticking timebomb for a stroke. And you have heart issues, I can't stress enough that you should be running to your medicine cabinet, also you should get your bloodwork done to see how your numbers are. Take care of yourself! Its nothing to play around with. Please. Not all have the great outcomes that Beth had! 😘
I'm glad you are well Beth! ❤. I do the ketovore diet and listen to Dr Berry frequently. One thing I have doubts about is the COVID-19 vaccines so therefore never got any of them. I was even suspended from my job for a period of time but now an attorney contacted me via my work email thru which the hospital is complying with so I will be repaid for my time suspended. Just a thought. God bless you Beth.
We are the unjabbed army and sadly, so many duped around us dying suddenly. My jabbed coworkers sick all the time. Multiple ailments. Sad thing is, they gave the shot to their children too.
@Sandra You are a 👺. There are multiple previously healthy people I know who had the "safe & effective." They are now having to take heart medication and people who got cancer, and had no history of it before. It is not a conspiracy. It's reality.
Yes, I love Dr. Berry! I am 61 and had gained about 15 lbs the last year or so. I finally had enough and went back to Keto. I am down 12 lbs and feel so much better.
After 56 years of a low fat high carb diet...I had a heart attack. I had terrible metabolic disease eating the way the government told me too. Fast forward, I've been carnivore 4 months. NEVER felt better! I'm letting my body tell me what to do as far as diet. And my body has said LOUD AND CLEAR...Carnivore is the way.
I'm 56. I went full high fat carnivore 2 years ago. I had very high cholesterol and triglycerides before. My last blood test shows I am normal on all tests. Amazing turn of my health in just 2 years. My triglycerides were at 800. Now 136. Wow...
Thank you for sharing this information. My husband has high cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides and I was diagnosed with fatty liver stage 1. We are both being sent to a lung specialist and I am frantic. We are not diabetic and both feel perfectly fine. My husband was just put on statin today and I’m afraid if he takes this drug that it will do more harm than good. We are about to start the carnivor lifestyle and I keep having second thoughts for him because I don’t want the carnivor diet to cause him a stroke or heart attack. He’s only 47 and feels perfectly fine. I have hope his numbers will come down as well. Thank you again 🙏🏼

A recent study (perhaps a month or so ago?) found a link between margarine/vegetable fat and sugar and diabetes. Sugar alone has long been thought to cause diabetes. However, the research revealed that consumption of margarine/vegetable oils et al significantly increased the risk of diabetes via sugar alone. It may help explain the explosion of diabetes since the 80s (I remember all the adds for 'healthy' margerine). One thing they did note was that fatty liver was more prevalent in this scenario. It made me think when you mentioned that. I don't remember the name of the study, and I don't know if this has any correlation with your situation, but thought you may find it of interest. As for statins - statistically speaking, over a five year period they add one day of life. Considering all the problems they cause - and that many people become lazy thinking medicine will solve their problems, I can't help wonder that they do relatively little good to help someone. Take care!
Beth, thank you for your previous video. On your stroke. I said to myself " watch this and pay attention " a few days later at breakfast my husband had a stroke . I knew within moments it was a stroke and then 911. Thank you for your information. My husband is fine now ❤❤❤
I had my heart attack @ 37 years old. I started carnivore/ketovore @ the age of 51, and just started in Feb 2023 I have lost 42 lbs and feel soooo much better. God is good. Keep going gal. Thanks for your example.
@FiftyPlusBeauty Hi! I am a 75 y.o. who has been on a carnivore diet for almost 2 years. 2 months ago, I had what the ER doc said was a heart attack. They did angiogram and concluded that 2 stents were needed. The other cardiologist I saw after I left the hospital said he didn't think I had a heart attack. All my numbers were fine except my LDL was very high. I felt amazing when I went into the hospital and when I left I felt amazing. I am afraid I will never get to the bottom of what happened because no one will run anymore tests. I refused the statins they told me to take. I am still eating Carnivore and will continue until the day I die because I feel so darn good! I put all my trust in God and my God given common sense 😊
I had a stroke one year ago today. I was 39 years old and I had a mechanical Thrombectomy. Thank goodness my husband recognized the signs because I didn’t and I was about to go lay down. The faster you act and get to the hospital, the better the outcome.

What a wonderful human being, not only to my surprise I found out she’s 65 (omg, I thought she’s 55) she is smart enough to remain on the carnivore diet, glad she recovered so fast, it means she was already healthy stong and it looks like she’s doing the right thing in her life in terms of diet and health. Good luck and speedy recovery!
I'm not 100% carnivore but I switched to a high-fat, meat-based diet and along with fasting I dropped 70 pounds! I love Dr. Berry! And I'm glad you are doing well after the stroke!
I thought in your first video that you said you had to switch to keto diet not carnivore I’ve heard really good things about carnivore, so I don’t know if this is or caused the stroke
@@user-dn1pj3db2kI was thinking the same thing too. Was it because she switched from carnivore to keto. But her labs looked excellent and the switch was fairly recent so it must be the hole in the heart thing. I kind fell off carnivore about 3 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on it and staying on it.😅
So sorry to hear of your stroke. Retired at 65 myself, I don't drink or smoke, but, always reading and studying on best diet. High fat?? Blood glucose (watching carbs)?? Vaccine jab?? So many testimonials from so many. I feel best on Keto myself.. and read that the fat encountered is the good fat. My dad passed in 2018 at 102, and ate all foods, no alcohol or smoking ever, and felt great. So... only God knows for each of us what's best. Blessings on you... 🙏
102!!! That is amazing! My grandad made it to 99, he grew up drinking raw milk on a farm, hunted and fished all the time. HE also had his own tiny garden until his late 90's. He ate an apple almost every day too. He is such an inspiration to me.
Hello, I don't want to upset anyone on here but I am seeing a lot of people who have had strokes from the COVID vaccine. Including close friends, 2 friends have died. I'm not saying you took it but it's very scary what is going on. You do look fabulous!!! The key when having a stroke is getting to the hospital extremely quickly. I wish you well and your mother in law.
So many heart problems. Does look as if it’s Covid vax related. Lots of studies have been coming out the past few months and it does appear to be related.
I had a friend who had a stroke at 42 because of a hole in her heart. My husband had a pulmonary embolism after a 4 hr flight. That was in 2012 and he was 53 at the time. Both of them survived.
I have recently become a carnivore had a stroke when I was 50 now I’m almost 70. I’m feeling much better. Got rid of the bad eating habits. The reason you’re doing so well after your stroke. I believe it’s because you were on a carnivore diet.
Thank you for confirming what my intuition told me years ago- unfortunately I did not listen for a long time and as a vegan/vegetarian I lost my health and almost my mobility. Keto saved my life. And it was an easy leap for me because I have always loved greens & meats of all kinds, while never being fond of pasta, potatoes, rice... etc... now a days, some days are carnivore and some are keto. It's good to have science backing this up. Keep Yourself Well & Present in Love, Light, & Gratitude
You show your ignorance by thinking "carbs" are just starches. Fruits and Vegetables are carbs and THE HEALTHIEST FOODS ON THE PLANET but you go ahead and enjoy your death causing dead animal diet.
Just the opposite for me: a heavy meat diet hurts my health (except for fish), But I agree with the rice, pasta, "regular bread" (I occasionally like Ezekial bread), potatoes not being great for anyone's diet (I do like sweet potatoes though!).
@@gravitytwo4088makes zero sense because the longest-living populations on Earth have had potatoes (and rice) as the basis of their diets. Japanese, Mediterranean, etc.

So happy that you are doing so well! And thank you for sharing with us. I’ve lost almost 200 pounds doing a ketogenic with some carnivore added in there. Also doing Intermittent fasting. Completely reversed my high blood pressure and type two diabetes. I still have a bit more weight to lose but my blood pressure has been quite low and I am feeling pretty amazing. I went on a keto diet after doing a ton of research and finding out that would be my best way to survive a 2 time diagnosis with cancer. That’s been 20 years ago and here I am… Never rediagnosed with cancer. And the second cancer was triple negative breast cancer.
Congratulations on being so proactive! That is an amazingly wonderful weight loss! You should be very proud of yourself. Not only have you lost weight but you were made yourself a lot healthier which is just wonderful.

So glad you recovered so quickly! Knowing folks who have had strokes, I suspect your diet actually aided in your quick recover, that and getting medical attention promptly. Just going to put this out there, not knowing if you take HRT or not, but it can also cause a stroke. My mother had two while on HRT, before they finally figured out that was the cause. Another doc who I find very helpful is Dr. Berstein, a type 1 diabetic who prescribes low carb, and has been eating that way himself for 40+ or so years. He is in his 80's with no complications from his diabetes, which is not considered the norm for type 1 diabetics. His opinion would mirror the doctor you shared, cholesterol is not the issue.

Kudos to you on your quick thinking. The hospital and personnel also deserve recognition as well! Sadly, some hospitals don't act with the precision and astuteness that your medical team did. Thank goodness, you had such a stellar team!
My mother and grandmother had high cholesterol of 220 or a bit higher. Grandmother passed at 104 and my mother passed at 93 because of the hospital. Statins are questionable now. I hate to say it, but because of covid, and the shot in particular, we may all be at risk for issues with the heart and blood clots. Thank you for doing this video Beth!! Much appreciated.
I agree. Does she address if she took a vaccine. I believe it must cross people’s mind. When they have a big health crisis and took the shot. Or maybe people are so brain washed that they don’t have any discernment

@@karenweger6314I'm not sure if Beth has ever disclosed her shot status. Covid nearly killed me. Even though I wasn't eligible for the shot I don't think I would have taken it. Beth, you might have a genetic tendency toward forming clots: My story: I was very short of breath and went to my family doctor for a Medicare wellness check. She informed me that I needed to temporarily forget the wellness check and go to the emergency room as she felt I had an embolism. After some testing at the emergency room (Cscan and chest x-ray), I was found to have a pulmonary embolism (“PE”) in both lungs of some size. I was admitted to the hospital for four days for further evaluation and treatment. Consequently, I was placed on a blood thinner. Since I did not have any of the normal preceding conditions for a PE (ie I had not been on a long trip and I am physically active) the hematologist ran some genetic marker tests and found that I had a genetic mutation in the following gene ---Prothrombin G20210A mutation ---- inherited from one parent. This mutation makes me 3-4 times more susceptible to blood clot formation. Had I inherited this gene mutation from both parents, I would have been up to 20 times more susceptible to blood clot formation.
I have this mutation too, found out about it about 20 years ago and it made me start looking after myself so much better. Blessing in disguise in a weird way 👍🏻
It's been my experience that eating lots of (cooked) meat leads to thicker blood. The evidence was in the way I menstruated when I was eating a lot of meat. A varied diet of the foods you enjoy (moderation being key) is perhaps a better eating pattern to follow.

When I grew up in the 60's and 70's everyone was cooking with Crisco because doctors said butter and cholesterol were bad. I can remember everyone using margarine instead of butter, thinking they were eating healthy. I think calcium is causing the problem, and drink a tablespoon of vinegar per day to keep the calcium cleaned from the arteries. I've never had heart or stroke problems, but as I'm getting older it is something that's a concern. To show you the power of vinegar against calcium, you can soak an eggshell, which is calcium, in vinegar and in 3 days it'll be dissolved into liquid. Alot of people use the apple cider vinegar, but I prefer the taste of just regular white vinegar. I mix it in olive oil and use it as salad dressing. I stick to a tablespoon per day, because I heard of a woman who got severe osteoporosis from drinking 8 ounces a day for several years. The vinegar leached the calcium out of her bones. I'm curious if you've ever had a calcium blood test to see what your levels are?
You’re right about the blood clot. I am a black heart survivor. I had a blood clot in 2007. It’s part hereditary part that I was on birth control for hormones and I had just been on a long car ride about 3 1/2 months earlier. It was the perfect storm. I have complete blockage of the deep vein in my left leg. I’m on warfarin for life. I had a CAT scan several months after that showed absolutely zero blood flow to my heart. The doctor stood over my bed with my family there and said a blood clot could break off and he spread his hands out and made a sound from his mouth. And I said, what does that mean? And he said you could die. I am mediately set up and told my family to leave I did not want them to hear this. It was horrible. But he explained that a blood clot can break off and go to my heart lungs or brain. Lungs would be pulmonary embolism and brain would be stroke. It is absolutely scary and you are very very lucky.! after this all happened to me and I kept saying God has me here for a reason. I don’t know what the reason is but I’m going to figure it out. As a Christian, I have always known that God is guiding my way.
I had blood clots to my lungs and stopped taking warfarin. Instead I take 1/2 tsp. 1-3 x a day of Cayenne pepper. It not just thins the blood, but it heals nick's in the blood vessels and more. I also added Turmeric. For further information see Barbara O'Neill, Misty Mountain Health Retreat, Australia.
See if you can switch to eliquis blood thinner. Warfarin blocks vitamin K2 which takes calcium out of the arteries and into bones. Ultimately all on warfarin get hardening of the arteries, calcification. Take vit k2, d3, magnesium, calcium only from food.
I'm so glad you are doing so well. It's truly miraculous! I tried a carnivore diet after eating mostly plant based and I have to say, it's not for me. I'm from the South and I love vegetables and eliminating them from my diet was difficult. I also have some problems with the massive slaughter of animals, especially corporate farms. Any way, I'm so glad you recuperated so quickly from your stroke. I think I'm going to try and find a happy medium between plant based and carnivore. Take care of yourself and keep doing what you are doing!
"Eat Right for your Blood Type" says that type A blood types do better without animal meat (fish - except shell fish - is good). Type O DOES do well with animal meat. This answered a lot of questions as to why I couldn't do KETO/carnivore (years ago it was Atkins).
This was very informative! Thank you for sharing both your experience as well and the doctors’ information. I’m nearing 62, just went from 12 years of keto to now 5 weeks of carnivore. My lipids are similar to yours at last testing. I had an electrical heart event in January, my NMD got my adrenals under control as well as long Covid. I’m almost completely restored now. My heart is totally clean and unobstructed, thank you keto!
My husband had a Cerebellum stroke and the drs said it usually kills the person. He recovered 98% in one year. We are ketovore and we found out his was probably caused by a car accident he had 35 yrs ago. Do to were he hit his head and the stitches. The neurologist said that she had seen others who had severe brain injuries have a stroke later in life. She said she could not believe he was alive because of the type of stroke. God protects us and we both believe that if he was on a standard American diet he would not have recovered.
I’m so sorry about your stroke! Strokes are occurring in record numbers since the c19 vaxx was introduced. Not sure of your status in this area (and no need to share), but you are not alone. 😢
If you're going to imply that the vaccine could be to blame, at least consider the possibility that COVID itself, a disease known to cause cardiovascular damage, is a massively more likely culprit.
So glad you are doing so well! I am 62 and have weened myself off my statins and no longer have hip or knee pain. Please keep sharing your story! My God continue to plus you and your family.
Thank you for finding me and for sharing this important information. Congratulations on your quick recovery. I'm 69 and started on carnivore 30 days ago. I feel so incredibly better considering I thought I was okay (relatively) before. Will convince my hubby it's safe by showing him your video. Thank you.
Have you watched Dave on his No Carb Life RU-vid channel? He had a stroke when he was in his late teens with some weakness. He started carnivore a year ago (?) and is making massive recoveries.
Us middle aged people have been taught from birth to eat a certain way to stay healthy! Its ingrained in us despite new information, its hard to shake off. Especially because the medical community seems stuck, really stuck! Good job, thank you for your content. God bless
Thanks for sharing this awesome video, Beth So glad that you've made such a tremendous recovery and it's awesome that you're really looking into what's the best way of eating for you! Thanks for promoting my interview with Dr. Ali and our website.
Yes, ask to discuss with Dr. Berry!! I follow him & his wife & I'm a 64 yr old heart patient. Although my condition is due to a childhood disease (Rheumatic Fever). Had open heart (aorta) when I was 21. So far, so good. But diet is so important & I need to arm myself every time I see my docs. Thanks & so glad you recovered. You look amazing!
I enjoy doing carnivore and went on it at 64 because my health was collapsing. My teeth were infected and I was told that many of them would have to have root canals. Within three months on the carnivore diet, all my teeth healed. It was amazing, but I discovered that I felt even better when I ate several cloves of fermented raw garlic daily. I would suggest it to anyone who has had a stroke, it is one of those foods that helps the body avoid the formation of blood clots. It also, like EV olive oil, helps boost testosterone and other sex hormones which also help keep our bodies in the rejuvenation mode.
Praise the Lord that you are better, Beth!! This video was so helpful. I believe you were meant to share your experience so that you could help so many women. My labs are on the same curves as yours. I would love to hear Dr. Berry's take on all of this. I LOVE him. Thanks for being one of my favorite RU-vidrs! Stay well and I'll keep praying for you!
Dr. David Diamond is an expert on cholesterol. We need cholesterol for our brains. It's the processed crap and seed oils that promote heart disease. Dr. Berry is very knowledgeable as well. So glad you have recovered!
Our bodies produce all the cholesterol we need. We don't need to take in any unless there is something faulty going on in our bodies. Any expert would tell you this, unless he's trying to sell you something.
We also need cholesterol to make all our hormones!!! Humans can't make any of the hormones that run our bodies without cholesterol. I wonder if PCOS and other hormone imbalances are caused by low cholesterol. I have PCOS, so it's something I wonder about...but it's too late to change since I'm postmenopausal.
I truly appreciate your prayer at the end of your video. I'm a Christian and believe that God hears all of our prayers and I think that what happened to you possibly help a lot of other people! I was a strict vegetarian for about 10 years when I was younger, and I became very very sick with chronic fatigue syndrome. I would say I was probably eating a low-fat diet, and my cholesterol actually got down to 150 or below, and I was never sicker in my life! I was also severely depressed, had viral illnesses, and has serious hormonal problems. When I began to eat meat again after reading a book about the metabolic typing diet, all of my practically disappeared within 2 weeks!. It was such an amazing turnaround and probably saved my life!
Doctor relieves information proves that we can't trust the general medical advice and the medical establishment I'm a registered nurse and believe me I have seen horrible things happen to people who taken medicine and have follow the diet advice and my own difficulties I realize that the advice given by doctors is driven by big Pharma and the American Medical Association. There are some good things like anesthesia that safe and some pain medicine is relatively safe for a short. Of time and it can be a true blessing to have those things when you desperately need them, but for chronic illnesses or severe things like my chronic fatigue syndrome, there is really no medicine that's going to help you and diet really is the foundation for everyone's health and a happier life.
So glad you are ok and figured out the true cause of your stroke. I am in Dr. Berry's private group and would love to see an interview of you two! I have to admit, your title got my dander up so I decided to watch it and see just what nonsense might be said. What a wonderful video! You were spot on and Dr. Ali is amazing as well. So glad I found you. Can always use a carnivore beauty channel in my feed.
So glad to hear that you are recovering! I have been following Dr Berry for 5 months (carnivore) and have seen great benefits- I am 64 years old female & I would love to hear Dr Berry’s thoughts on your medical records. I am dreading going to my own Dr next month because I have to get bloodwork & I took myself off of the statin. Best of health to you! 🤗
I know you probably don't want to keep talking about all this, but FOR SURE you have helped SO many. I have spoken with many women around me about the things you have shared. Thank you!!!💞
That was a one-of-a-kind video. You walked us through your experience with videos, told the story in detail, included an interview with a doctor, and concluded the whole thing in 26 minutes!!! I enjoyed watching, and what I enjoyed most was that you're healthy again, and sharing your beautiful smile with us. You made a stroke sound like a flu or a cold 😂 You're a beautiful and strong woman for sure. Intelligent too!
Thank you so much for the research you have done and so happily shared. I tend to agree with the doctor in the interview. It’s so good to see doctors that really care about their patients and are in search of the truth. So glad that you’re doing so well and thankful that God us using you in this way! ❤
Oh Beth, so many factors, so much to consider. I too, am 65 yrs. old. My bloodwork is all within normal range. I am not on any medicines. I have been healthy my entire life. Here is my take on it, and I believe yours too: no ONE diet fits everybody, we are all different. What has worked for me: omnivore. I eat meat two-three times a week, mostly wild caught fish, sardines, etc. some pasture chicken, and once a month: grass fed beef. The rest of my diet is lots of vegetables, fruit, and nuts, all organic. I also make sure not to be sedentary. I know being on the move keeps me healthy. Sleep: this one is much harder with age, but I try very hard to get in 7 hrs. sometimes though it's only 6 hrs. I will take a short nap if necessary. I keep my stress level as low as possible. My four takeaways for health: whether you eat carnivore or vegetarian: 1) Keep it CLEAN! Do not eat meat that is smoked, has nitrates, (deli meats, hams, bacon 😞) all these are processed and loaded with fillers and additives, or else your asking for trouble. Do not eat processed carbs. Do not eat processed anything! 2) Stay moving: doesn't have to be the gym, just don't sit a lot, do gardening, take the stairs, carry in groceries, etc....just keep moving. 3) Keep stress low no matter what it takes, stress will kill you. 4) Get enough sleep, even if you have to take a nap....this restores your body. I am so glad you bounced back so quickly. You are amazing and may you continue on with a healthy happy life. Oh and one more thing: stay away from pharmaceuticals, statins will ruin your body, and destroy your muscles.
Sooo similar here. Age and diet. I’m not regimented etc. And I do eat meat daily, but much less than in the past and no nitrates etc. Plus have greatly reduced beef. I eat a ton of veggies daily, and fruit every single day although I lean slightly toward low glycemic fruit. I also eat nuts and seeds. Not too much dairy, but when I do have it, I try to make it organic. Lots of water. Avoiding sugar and processed food. Sleeping better. Moving more. Feeling better. Weight loss slower than I expected BUT it’s happening and I like the way I feel. We will see.
@@audreyfarmer5238 Yes, I'm at that age where I realize balance, not extremism is what keeps me the healthiest. I love real food and savoring a variety of what nature has to offer. Glad it's working for you too.
I forgot to say I’m avoiding flour too. Flour, sugar and processed foods. On occasion I’ll have a tiny bit of bread. Since I eat a lot of veggies and low glycemic fruit, I’m guessing I get plenty of fiber. When I’m consistent with this healthy eating, I lose weight and feel good. It seems to work for me. So many different thoughts on the subject. Wishing all good health.
Yes, I learned this from Dr. Berry, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Phillip Ovadia, Dr. Paul Mason - all these carnivore advocates have talked about the lack of causation between adverse events and high LDL, and that correlation doesn't prove causation. They've also mentioned the lower rates of all cause mortality in mature women with higher LDL. This is all great stuff to know, especially when you have an adverse event. God bless you for helping get the word out.
Except that the evidence on LDL is not based on correlation but on RCT‘s and Mendelian randomization trial. But the study showing higher LDL in older people correlates with less mortality is. It can be explained by reverse causation. Use the skills you were taught.😉
❤I would like to say thank you❤️ I had a stroke last Wednesday night and thought of you and your informational video, you probably saved me from greater damage by realizing I needed to get to the hospital asap! 🎉 I am very glad you are doing well 🌷
Beth, I’m so glad you rebounded so quickly from your stroke! It is clear that God is working through you to deliver important information to us and I am so grateful to you for being a willing participant in His plan! I started Carnivoire seven weeks ago and two weeks ago my husband joined me! Both my father (68) and mother (79) died of heart disease. When my Mom passed a few months ago, I knew I had to make a change. Neither of my parents smoked or drank alcohol. They both followed a low sodium standard American diet. YET, my Father had hypertension and my Mother developed type 2 diabetes and ulcerative colitis. Six weeks before my Mom passed she had a heart attack and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and had 98% blockages in 3 of her main arteries. This was shocking to us all since she had never had high cholesterol, was not overweight and had always eaten what we considered a “healthy” low fat diet. Your videos as well as Dr. Ken Berry’s have given me hope that I can make changes that will increase my life expectancy so the information that you are sharing truly could be life changing for me! I can’t think of a greater gift to be blessed with and I just want to thank you, from the bottom of my heart! Sending you hugs and praying for your continued good health, beauty and joy!!! 💖🤗💞
Beth i was really hoping you would do this video...its so important thank you so much. What an ordeal to go through...and now you're turning your trial and experience into helping others which is an amazing, loving thing to do. ❤
I follow Dr Berry religiously and would love it if you could share this with him to get his reation! Thank-you for sharing your experience. I am 69 yrs old and a carnivore for about 1 1/2 years now as well!
Wow. Great message. Thank you so much for sharing the video and your thoughts as well. I needed to hear that. Thank you. I’m sure Dr Berry would agree with you.
I had an ischemic stroke in April last year after I had been doing Keto lifestyle for ~2 years. Not surprisingly, my wife and son both said, “See what Keto did? Stop that sh*t and go back to eating a normal balanced diet!” That’s simpleton thinking of course. The road to my stroke was actually paved a long time ago after years of eating a diet very high in carbs. I was a sugar addict known for eating half of a two layer cake in an hour or two. I shocked my hospital neurologist and physical therapy staff after making an 80% recovery in 3 days (the remaining 20% achieved over the next month or so). I have since gone strict carnivore. The hospital medical intervention was actually useless as they just tried to put me on statin and Plavix (neither is significantly effective and statin only offers harm). I apparently didn’t need a clot buster. The rehabilitative physical therapy was quite valuable, though. Also, I did appreciate the hospital’s willingness to provide Keto friendly meals.
You can lose weight if you take cocaine or smoke, it doesn't mean that it is healthy or sustainable. Go vegan, read "Position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics: Vegetarian Diets (2016)". Watch: Dominion (2018) "Vegans are at reduced risk of certain health conditions, including ischemic heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, certain types of cancer, and obesity" - Position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics: Vegetarian Diets (2016)
Thank you so much for putting all this important information together. I’ve been carnivore for 4 weeks now and my Blood Pressure is now normal and I’m off medication! It actually took 2.5 weeks to get to normal. I am researching this way of eating (nearly all day) lol and I believe The Lord has lead me to this. My husband had a stroke around 3 years ago and I am leading him from a keto diet to eventually a carnivore diet without too much discussion about it. Just subscribed keep doing what you’re doing May The Lord continue to bless you. Yes to Dr Ken Berry!
there is and will be many strokes among people who took the c19 injection inn 2021- 2023. It causes bloot clots, even young healthy professional athletes are experiencing this, some have left.
Beth, what an incredible video you have put together for your subscribers. I have learned so much today from watching it. Thanks so much. And yes I’d love to hear Dr. Ken Berry’s thoughts on your stroke, your test results and your decision to stay on Carnivore.

Thank you Beth for sharing your story. In my humble opinion, you recovered from the stroke quickly because of your proper human high fat diet. It is ' well established that the clot shot is creating blood clots, heart attacks, and strokes in all age groups, and the all cause mortality rates in Western countries has skyrocketed since the jab rollout, not since the pandemic . Thanks for sharing the footage of the good doctor Ali....he has really swum against the tide to report the study that shows high cholesterol is protective of the heart and all other systems in humans. Bless you.
Beth - My eyes filled with tears by the end of your video. I'm very thankful God spared your life to bring insight and good news to others. I have already shared your stroke video. I am the same age as you. My husband and I are going on another wonderful overseas trip in a little over a month, and I told him we are buying compression stockings! Blessings to you my beautiful RU-vid friend!
Vaccines has nothing to do with their poor health. Those people would have had a stroke regardless. What you eat determined the outcome of your life. Red meat , high sodium, croppy diet, lack of exercise, toxic relationships will result in poor outcomes in life.
@@jaykay3298 I mainly eat Chicken, Steak and Burgers I make myself with the meat grinder from Chuck Roast! I would not think of Mcdonalds meat and don't eat Bacon at all so I guess I do a cleaner version of it with the Meats I eat. I agree with your post for the most part.
Glad you have recovered! My father had a major stroke about 40 and almost died. I transitioned from Plant Based (5 years) to Carnivore in June. My brain fog is so much better. My my lifelong digestive issues were gone in a few short days! I'm working on building my strength and muscles back and also working on Fibromyalgia and Arthritis.
I have never heard anybody on carnivore having a stroke. I follow lots of people especially the doctors and I myself am a year and a half in. No stroke ever mentioned.
Many blessings to you and your family. I left Keto diet and became vegetarian which I am doing so much better on. With that said, from everything I have read on diets, and I have read a lot, each person is different therefore each person must find what fits them, their wallet, and is good for their health. Keto nor Carnivore was right for me. My doctor is happy, my body is happier, and and I am much more healthier. I love that you look so young, and I hope in 7 years, I look just as young as you. Thank you.
I’m not sure about these studies myself. I’ve spent 38 years in this field with 10 years in cardiac rehab and stroke. Plaque build up is definitely a factor in blockage in arteries in the heart and brain. As we are menopausal we also have higher chol / LDL and a bigger risk of heart attack and stroke because of less flexibility in the vessels. It’s interesting research and definitely something that needs more long term studies though.
Thanks Donna. You were so right. When I was in the hospital, one of the cardiologist said they had looked at my arteries and I was plaque free but I got the record and I sure can’t find it. There is a lot to this and thanks for pointing that out.
@@FiftyPlusBeauty yes it’s best to get the arteries scanned for plaque. So you are lucky ! My mom who had a TIA is not so lucky. She has blockage in a brain artery from plaque so she must be on low fat and a statin.
I don’t believe humans were meant to eat just meat and forego all the vitamins in other foods. A person can find any video to support what they want to believe - just because a few doctors advocate carnivore doesn’t mean it’s good. When you’re older you do need more protein but not just fatty meat. My mother had several small strokes before the big one that almost killed her. She then lived 6 more years in a wheelchair and diapers. Fad diets aren’t healthy and everything in moderation is best. You can still incorporate good fats. Don’t believe medical advice you see on RU-vid. A person who has one mild stroke, will likely have more. You’re lucky to survive this one
I'm so glad you're feeling better and appreciate you sharing this video. Many blessings for a full recovery! I'm also carnivore and approaching my mid 50's. Carnivore has helped me in so many ways. Health events still happen even when we take the best care of ourselves, but it's good to know that our way of eating supports optimal wellbeing and healing.
Did you consider that this might not have anything to do with your diet? So many people seem to be having negative heart/blood clot issues after the Covid vaccines.
I am so surprised that this wasn't mentioned. Beth does mention the younger people coming in the hospital with heart attacks, this is a new phenomenon and is shown to be myocarditis from the Covid vaccines. Wishing everybody well.
@@DCHWTR TBH I'm glad I gave up carnivore, it has it's place and benefits in the short-term but I'm convinced it's not a good idea for most long-term outside of medical reasons, and even then might not be the end all be all solution people make it out to be. But it's become more divide and conquer BS, carnivore versus vegan, carbs versus keto, feminism versus MRA's(or red pill which isn't necessarily the same thing but there's overlap), ect. It's very telling that liberals tend to be vegan and conservatives tend to be carnivore and whatnot. It's become so polarizing and how people eat becomes a dogma and part of their identity, which is why I see comments like yours all the time. It's not much different than how ex-vegans are treated by the vegan community when influencers 'turn on them', the carnivore community is just as bad now. Most of this videos dislikes were probably preemptive from people that assumed based on the title and that's probably why there isn't far more. Even red pill at this point is becoming controlled opposition and is full of grifters, or sadly men preying on vulnerable men which thanks largely to feminism and modern women along with BS laws there are many now, so many men raised their whole lives with little to no positive male role models in a society full of women(and even men) that think traditional masculine men are inherently toxic, yet sons raised by single moms are 15x more likely to commit r*pe among other things yet feminists point out r*pe is overwhelmingly committed by men without even stopping to consider it's never been easier for most women to get sex easily(and it's always been easier for women to get regardless of stigmas) whenever they want it, and because 95% of men have no chance online and chances aren't much better IRL it's never been harder for most men, and all the single moms is throwing gas in the fire. Feminists are always pointing out misleading stats that they think frames men in a bad light and women in a positive light without considering all the nuances. The single mom stats I'll admit are skewed because of laws favoring even bad moms for custody over good fathers, or laws women THINK benefits them, but now the stats are making single moms look worse than they really are. So many women only seem to care about what benefits them(or what they think does) and at least don't care if it's unfairly at men's expense(MRA's that speak out on this get bullied by feminists, shows they don't actually want equality at all but want men to suffer in silence), but it's also at the expense of kids though they might not necessarily realize that. Some single moms even use their kids to psychologically torment the biological dad but not saying that's the norm, but the state enables women to do that among other things. It's not that all women will, it's that all women can. If laws were equal I still think single fathers are typically better at least past age 12, mothers are more important before age 5, about equal until 12 but a father's role is so important past age 12 but women undervalue the role of fathers to say the least, if they don't think a man's absence is an inherently good thing. Women really have no idea how demoralized probably most men are now and how lacking men feel in purpose(other than feeling like a slave to a society that worships women and hates men), but most women don't seem to care about modern men's issues, that's if they don't revel in it which many women do. Feminism is the future my ass(I mean it could be, it's just not in a good way like feminists think but almost guarantees the collapse of society), so many young women are destroying themselves, families, their kid's lives and ultimately society with their selfishness and impulsivity and will just find ways to blame men for it. Women in open marriages and/or with an OF for example acting like society is the issue when their kids are being teased at school, shown pics of their mom's OF and being teased about their dad letting their mom bang other men because she doesn't respect him or even find him attractive because she's another average woman spoiled by sex with top 5% men on Tinder. Many women want to keep most men weak and desperate so they can be manipulated to marry them and let them bang other men and whatnot, men not letting themselves get that weak and desperate is the only real hope for society but the left is brainwashing and indoctrinating everyone else's kids to think things like a mom/wife having an OF and banging other men is okay and normal. They don't like that even most kids have more sense than that, and don't think conservative parents should even be allowed a say and assume they just want to raise their kids to be sexist, racist, ect. Or maybe it's because the left pushing for more and more normalization of degeneracy is destroying society and families and is now even affecting conservative families in public schools.
I'm so happy that you recovered so quickly from the stroke. You look (as always) beautiful and your outfits are so classy, even when casual. I'm also pleased that you are continuing carnivore. Yes, I encourage you to reach out to Dr. Berry. As a RU-vid influencer, he might be agreeable to talk with you, unless you are already in his private group. Would love to know his thoughts, though I expect they are very similar to the docs you highlighted in today's video. As always, thank you for your informative and encouraging video.
This is my personal take-but I feel like humans have evolved to eat a variety of things. All natural food is rich in different types of nutrition. I think just cutting down on fake food is probably the best diet.
The best cholesteral number is 240 your body needs it higher than 200 when I went to nursing school I was taught that 240 was normal also statins are very dangerous drugs.
Strokes and heart problems are through the roof since the experimental jab. Watch Dr John Campbell who will explain it to you Sending love and healing 💕
You also have Dr Drew in the USA who has been discussing Covid, the Vax etc with excellent guests. The guests are scientists, doctors and statisticians.
Thank you Beth and YES to Dr. Berry please☺️👏🏻. So grateful you made a fast recovery. I’ve been low carb for over a year, have lost my menopausal (67) belly fat, feel fantastic but my LDL has skyrocketed. I wish the medical establishment would get on board so we all didn’t feel we were on our own making diet decisions. Love Dr. Ali, Dr. Berry 👏🏻🙏🏼
