@@GoXplr depends on your version of off roading. No front locker, no sway bar disconnect. In exchange for long travel suspension and power. For the kind of wheeling in this video, the power wagon is probably the best stock truck for the job.
We had a great time and the new section did not disappoint. Really need to go back and try the section that warned about wet conditions. Thanks for putting the trip together.
I can’t begin to tell you how much I enjoy these videos. Beautiful scenery and really cool trails! I love the articulation on your suspension. Thanks for the ride!
From Africa, I really love the trail. I’d wish to get on trail. Deep forest, green trees, not complicated paths nice rivers and easy to cross over…! Well done! Congratulations.
Just went down to the DBBB this last weekend. We only managed to go down Spaas creek in the time we had. I had to take everything pretty slow since my Nissan Xterra is on stock suspension and I didn't want to damage anything. Had a blast though really testing out what the thing can do. Camped out on Indian Creek Saturday night and made some walking tacos. Really looking forward to going back down there in the future!
Once again a great adventure, great video work and narration of your travels. Enjoyed it very much. Would love to see a review of your radios and antennas that you are using on the rigs, portable or mounted, and your experience with each, ( If you have not already done so).
I wish we had trails in the foothills of North Carolina or close to Boone like this I'd love to take my yj on them. Enjoy ur videos keep up the good work. Would like to try and meet up with ya'll next time you are in the tar heel state.
I'm used to Colorado but your vid is interesting-lots of water & slippery mud. DBBB road very different from out here. I'll be doing Black Bear Pass next year. Have you done Black Bear Pass? Send me your vid. Thanks
29:20 was that Igo ridge? If so, when you got out of the woods and went left, you went up a hill and down the other side it wind to the right, the White House on the left with the flag pole was my grandmas house. We walked that trail a bunch of times. We called it brushy creek.
I love the new trails there. Did you guys hit the Wayne Benson Rd? I didn't recognize it if you did. That is a beautiful section of the DBBB. Of course all of it is!!!
I just want to say nice job knowing when to speak, and when to let the video happen uninterrupted. Way too many people nowadays either talk too much or add too much music. I can't wait until I can get another rig and get back out on the trails. It's been too long.
What section is the cool waterfall part of? OR even better, do you have a pin drop or coordinates of it's location? I'll be passing through the area and keen to stop and admire
@@CoddiwompleOverland The most recent article about the expansion just says that the maps are "coming soon" which is why I asked. Are you saying that the overall route map is updated to include the new section? Thanks
@@CoddiwompleOverland 7:50 your front locker was not engaging. I am looking forward to hitting the east coast trails in Sept and again next summer with my parents. We both drive JK Rubicons, but it looks like our All Terrain tires are not going to work very well out there.

I only see a link to CartoTracks and a requirement to use Avenza. I'm just wondering if I can find a gpx file to use in GAIA GPS. Keep up the good work on your channel. Love the content!@@CoddiwompleOverland
Hi Do you need some great lighting upgrade for your car to help you better driving, off-road and adventure. We're the pro auto lighting manufacturer for nearly 20 year and we're looking for sponsorship!
@@CoddiwompleOverland that's funny. I was actually planning that over to two-and-a-half year. Was to get one and then the other. I'm probably going to end up going with the Gladiator diesel first and then pick up the Power Wagon
It was not rubbing. We put it that way to keep it as low as possible. We have since changed its mounting location. We aren't fans of things rubbing paint either.
