As part of the Matchroom vs Queensbury 5v5 Daniel Dubois will take on former sparring partner and highly ranked Heavyweight Filip Hrgovic. Here is our reaction to a huge fight!
I don't get how Dubios is putting it all on the line if anything it's Hrgovic because he is the mandotory IBF and Dubios isn't a mandotory so how is he risking everything Dubios is young and can make a come back
@@jammypacks4504 Yup, fair point jammy: this could be Dubois third title fight (if you include the WBA one). I went for Hrgovic in my analysis, but I didn't recommend betting on it!
Hrgovic is tough and hits hard, he is dangerous for everyone in the heavweight division! He took Zhangs shots (the same shots that knocked out Joyce!) and he has a good jab and mental toughness.. he is someone to watch.. he will be champion one day ;o)
Just saying he didn't take the same shots as Joyce, Joe Joyce walked into heavy shot after heavy shot the kind of shots you were seeing put Parker over he just kept walking on to heavy shots I think that was the worst matchup for Joyce because he relies on his chin and Zhang is so heavy handed unfortunately I think Joyce is going to have issues in the future with all the big shots he takes

I really don't see Dubois winning this at all. He's going to quit again like he did against Usyk. Flashbacks from the spar will plague his mind when Hrgovic starts to put it on him.
I don't like how these two are making excuses for Dubois. Dubois quit against Joyce and Usyk - that's objective fact. He took knees when he was in too much pain. Which is what lots of boxers do, and we admit they quit. So why are they making excuses for DDD now? Every fighter gets hurt, but most keep fighting until the end.
@nomchompsky3012 idk why they compared it to kell brook because kell brook actually had a broken orbital bone. DDD did not. There was no proof he did. Kell brook however showed scans and actual proof
@@nomchompsky3012to be fair, the Joyce quit isn't that bad because he broke his orbital bone. It was reasonable but with Usyk I agree. Didn't quit against Miller though. DDD going down 3 times against Lerena was questionable though and that guy wasn't that big. Lerena and Usyk performances are more worrying than Joyce and Miller imo.
You’re right. He changed his style after dropping his cro coach Leonard Pijetraj. Alen Babic had the same coach and he dropped him before world title match and lost badly, then he wanted to come back but Leonard Pijetraj didn’t want him back.
Good stuff mate! Love to see you and TG collab, just the one thing around 13:54 bit before my Bex saw a “frame switch/change” she didn’t like. Fuck knows what she means but she wants the editing changed! Good luck in your next fight Joey Love from Leo & Bex ❤️
Usyk stopped him with a jab Than quit wtf you watching? Quit with Joyce , if the eye was that bad the corner would pull it Ebanine bridges has bigger balls
I broke it down as neither fighter having significant wins: Hrgovic only has McKean and a dubious decision over Zhang, where he was knocked down. Both boxers have something to prove.
I gave Dubois the benefit of the doubt with Joyce stoppage, but cmon he quit from a jab from Usyk, and cudos to him for the Miller win,But miller is a slow overweight ex PED addict.I am still waiting for this fight before i have any faith in Dubois
i used to be the biggest hater of dubois cause imo he is as gifted physically as he is charm and overall doesnt seem like a very smart dude But I grew to like his somewhat awkward shy personality, and mainly THE DUDE DOESNT RUN AWAY, - he accepted to fight Joyce who is a damn scary man who had the reputation of being impossible to ko when they fought, - he fought and did pretty well against Usyk who is the best tactical operator of the whole division, usyk has been ducted by fury for more than a year now and joshua got dismentaled twice by him yet dubois still took the fiight, - he fought Miller who is a loud scary slugger, known for being a cheat and an aggressive dude, yet he destroyed him in a very satisfying fashion, - and now he accepted to fight hrgovic who own a belt and has beed ducted by many. He earned a fan here, he is a solid lad, i wish him victory
Personally feel like Brian and joey and bigging dubois us way too much Brian said dubois is a threat to any heavyweight? Why? Cos he beat miller? Who was coming off a long lay off? Becuase he quit to a jab 2 times? Got destroyed and dropped 3 times in 1 fight and should’ve been stopped? Like yeah I just don’t see Dubois as a threat top top level.
Im with Hrgovic because styles make fights. DD struggles with consistent pressure. Hrgovic is skilled like a Joyce at least, DD is skilled too but Filip isnt going to gas the way Miller did.
@@brianhanes5413 Joyce put Parker to sleep. Zhang, and Whyte both knocked him down. Parker does have a decent chin on him; he is the first go to go the distance against AJ.... but he's not on that top-tier chin list. ZZ has got a chin but no gas tank.
Dubois quit after a jab from Usyk…! He did well against Miller but, that is his level. I would be very surprised if Hergovic doesn’t stop him within 9 rounds,
Hrgovic has no X-factor as AJ or Fury? 😂 Or he is just less talking, more boxing (both AJ and Fury could follow his example regarding to this). It is a pitty that Hrgovic was avoided for years by others as 'it wasn't worth risking' loosing without belts involved (that's also what Hearn said)
Who ever loses neither are finished both pose a risk to anyone boxing fans should be like ufc fans they have like 10 defeats and people still saying they are top 5 suppose ufc havent got that many good fighters thats why its always the same people at the top with loads of losses but still
the Dubios is stronger and faster and Hrgović has more experience and a much stronger chin. I think that the winner will be decided only by their mental strength
if a piece of bone goes in your eye your doing l blind, calling anyone a quitter because they don't want to go blind for a sport. Dubois, Billy Joe saunders are not quitters.
FH ..is the KIng on Rabbit punches , top of the head , back of the head , behind the ears ..PH is one dirty fighter I honestly think he’ll KO Dubois with one of the aforementioned illegal blows , honestly he needs disqualifying , he does every single fight
Let me get this straight - you're saying that since Dubois quit against Joyce because of a JAB he's improved, yes? The evidence for this improvement is that he got stopped by Usyk with a JAB & he beat a Miller who was not on the juice for the first time in his career, yes? Is that what we are saying here? Brian - you're blinking a lot & looking in great discomfort; has someone being cutting your snow with caustic soda again?
Think Dubois pulls the upset tbh, Hrgovic gets too inactive in the later rounds and I think Dubois has powerrr and will have more killer instinct than Zhang did, I see a standing stoppage where Dubois just tees off and Hrgovic doesn't respond, but we'll find out soon.
Hrgovic has one of the best chins in the division it's gonna be a good fight but no way does hrgovic lose by stoppage, if he loses will probs be points if you watched this guy as an amuetuer he has a bloody chin on him
Hrgovic will not get the chance to KO him legitimately b/c once Triple Knee kneels down the third time, it will be another inexplicable TKO off a jab and there's not a damn thing Hrgovic can do about it.
Dubois KO, hrgovic’s cv is awful, biggest win is a sketchy points decision over zhang, who, let’s face it, isn’t very good. He he beat Dubois up in sparring, but it’s sparring, you don’t go in there trying to ko your partner
Hrgovic's CV is awful, there's no denying that, but we have to understand just how avoided he'd been for a few years. He asked everyone in the IBF top 15 for a fight and nobody accepted it until ZZ finally stepped up. If Hrgovic got credit for a W every time a contender ducked him, he'd have one of the best CVs in HW boxing tight now.... Parker, Ortiz, Hunter, Sanchez.... The excuse was always that the money wasn't right, but most all of the guys who declined the fight ended up taking lesser fights anyway.
DD couldn't ko Joyce. ZZ could so he clearly hits harder. Hrgovic took Zhang's best shots and kept coming. What makes you think he can't take DD's shots all night as well?
