I lived in NYC 2 years. This type of menacing was very common. We all get upset when someone doesn't do something. Daniel did something and now he's being crucified. The level of fear you feel is off the charts. I've seen men smoking crack, yelling and screaming at passengers and people cowering in fear. These mentally ill homeless men are a clear and present threat to all of us.

Geographically, crime is broken down in large urban centers which are 99% democrat controlled such as LA, Chicago, Milwaukee, Baltimore, San Francisco, Houston, Portland, Detroit, Fairbanks, Albuquerque, Memphis, Vegas, Little Rock, New Orleans and Seattle. I've forgotten his name, but remember the teenager who shot two men who were attacking him, one died. It was all over the news and his trial was broadcast. One of them also had a gun. It was during a racial protest and even though all those involved were White, the White House called him a White supremacist and was all on and on about how something had to be done about people like him. What he did that made him get attacked was to put out a fire that the protesters had lit in a dumpster. But he was looking for trouble and a vigilante, according to the left media and the Democrat Feds. Bottom line is that guy did nothing wrong and clearly acted in self defense. There was video of the entire thing. But they had to arrest him and take it to trial or they would have had race riots. The mob rules in these events.

I’ve been to NYC once and encountered someone on the subway acting similarly. Everyone averted their stares and got quiet. Fortunately, he simmered down. Hopefully, if it had escalated there would have been a Daniel Penny step up! 🇺🇸. Thank you for your service to our country and your bravery. The Good Samaritan Law allows a person, without expectation of payment or reward and without any duty of care or special relationship, voluntarily come forward to administer immediate assistance or emergency care to a person injured in an accident, or crash, or emergency medical condition. If the person dies then they can't be prosicuted. It should apply here.

@@canaryliina - I was told that Jordan Neely never put a hand on anyone in that subway car. He's was acting aggressively and verbally threatening people to the point where the people in the car were afraid that Neely would attack them. However, none of the people in that subway car required assistance as no one was being harmed and no one was injured. Aid from Penny wasn't needed, in a Good Samaritan capacity, at that time. I don't believe the Good Samaritan law works that way. For example, you come across two men fighting, you see one man hit the other with a bat and the man that was hit goes to the ground. You can administer aid to the man on the ground without fear of reprisal if he dies. But you cannot attack the man with the bat and argue that you were rendering aid to the man on the ground by keeping the man with the bat from further attacking him. I believe Mr. Penny is an honorable man who was trying to do an honorable thing and I hope the charges against him are dropped. I just don't believe the Good Samaritan Law is applicable in this case.
