I just love Royal weddings. Im re-watching theirs because he is now King. This was an absolutely beautiful occasion. The bride is truly breathtaking and her gown and veil....my gosh just superb Perfection really. 🥰

But it was still very, very cruel and uncouth to have said that. That should have said much about how uncaring he was going to be. And when Harry was born, “Oh no, it’s another boy. And he has red hair.” That’s just what every woman wants to hear immediately after giving birth to her husband’s child.

I absolutely wholeheartedly agree. I think a lot of people over look her and the gown because she’s a modest, attractive & educated lady who draws no attention to herself except when doing her royal duties and even then she’s a gracious & mature person with a husband who is gorgeous and dotes on her. Unfortunately all we hear are the marriages of say, Meghan and Harry and the decent royals -like these, are hidden under the clouds of other members of the UK royal fam.
This wedding was one of my very favourite Royal weddings of all time. I always say to people, that Princess Mary was one of the most adorable & beautiful Royal brides. Right down to her dress, her veil, her bouquet, her earrings, her hairstyle & colour, everything! I remember watching this wedding all those years ago, although it feels just like yesterday & it was so very romantic & dreamy. Just gorgeous! It's lovely to be able to view it again right here. To think that this handsome couple, now have 4 beautiful children & they appear such a pleasantly cheerful & happy family. So wonderful to see.

My grandfather was Danish so I feel a special affinity with Denmark and so proud that Mary has married into the Royal family. They are a wonderful match which has now been proved - I loved the speech Mary made in Danish to her lovely husband several years ago on in the Danish language - she is a very clever lady.

I don't know what form your French classes took but if they were like most high school or college courses it didn't compare to the lessons Mary had.

Agreed. My husband and I are from Melbourne and were actually in Copenhagen watching the wedding live on the big screens as it happened. We also got a gorgeous photo of them going past us in their carriage too and living in Denmark briefly at the time, we also married in Copenhagen 11 days later. I can't enjoy our wedding anniversary without also celebrating theirs. Such a beautiful couple. 😍❤
