Rollo was not just a Viking leader, but was also the first Duke of Normandy, establishing the duchy. Heckuva history Danny's got.

Anyone descended from the Henry II is ultimately directly descended from Alfred the Great, back through the Empress Matilda, Margaret of Wessex, Edward the Aetheling, Edmund Ironside, Aethelred Unraed, Edgar the Peaceable, Edward the Elder and Alfred. This also means tracing the line back to Cerdic, founder of Wessex and right back to Woden the Allfather.

This man has an incredible ancestry. It is great just to be able to trace your ancestry, so just imagine finding out that you are related to people who helped shape history!

The most interesting person on that tree is, by far, Eleanor of Aquitaine. She was probably the most powerful woman throughout the middle ages.

Welcome to your Norwegian family, like you I am also a descendant of Gange Rolf (Rollo in English) It's a little fun to look at you because you could fit right into Norway. His real name is Rolf and the word Gange comes from the word to go. The reason he got that name is that he was so big and strong that no horses could carry him so he had to walk from place to place. (I had to check the family tree but I found you, you are my 22 cousin three times out)

He truly does have a strong warrior family tree. There are many amazing warriors on his ancestors list. Probably sir henry percy also known as Hotspur was one the greatest warriors this world has produced. And Danny is his 17th great grandson

I am American and know more about his family. The Seymours,Percy,and Cromwell wow! He needs to open the history books! Omg I forgot about all the ones before Edward the 3rd. Just Amazing!
