3:50 OMG I love The Incredibles and this was such a good theory!! Also, in a way, Mr Incredible kind of kept himself & his family safe unknowingly. The biggest problem for him was he didnt adjust well to civilian life & was constantly putting himself at risk of being discovered with his secret hero escapades that the Superhero Relocation Program would keep moving his family around & wiping memories of them, which must've been why it was easy for Syndrome to find all these other heroes, but not the one he wanted to get rid of most. Mr Incredible was unknowingly keeping himself and his family hidden and safe from Syndrome! This must be why Syndrome overlooked Frozone & went for Mr Incredible but still used the plan made for killing Frozone; the opportunity was too good for him to pass up considering how hard Mr Incredible was been to find

The alien could be from or related in some way to Orbit City. And think of it, the people in bedrock city have probably evolved to a point to resist the radiation. The reason why the little "martian" is green is because of the radiation.

I have a theory, imagine bruno from encanto has been warning everyone on earth from doing something fatal. Cuz in luca, the other dude calls his brain bruno and says silencio bruno when the brain literally talks to him about not to do something dangerous. So, bruno could have introduced him as bruno and that he can see the future and that an action could be dangerous.
