Dark Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Dessert Recipe
250g Dark chocolate
4 Eggs
Water
Melt the eggs and chocolate in hot water.
80g Unsalted butter
60g Sugar
1/2TSP Salt
100ml Heavy cream
1TBSP(5g) All purpose flour
15.5cm×9cm×6.5cm
Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes
Store in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours

_precautions
*I used sweet chocolate. The sugar content of the finished cake depends on the cacao content.
*Stir slowly when adding eggs to avoid foaming.
