I think it's pretty fun as a fighting game in it's own right, I just hate how literally EVERYTHING was just copied and pasted from Marvel Super Heroes and X-Men Vs. Street Fighter. Cyber Akuma is the only exception but he's pretty much just regular Shin Akuma's moveset with a bunch of stuff traced over his sprite.

MattManDX1 When this is your first Marvel VS game, you don't care about stuff being derivative and/or outright copied; instead, for you, it *becomes* the original. I know this from first-hand experience, and I wish that more people looked at videogames like this one as they are, instead of constantly assessing them in relation to their prequels, sequels, and similar games overall, before anything else. Novelty isn't everything.

Same dude. As a kid back in LA, I always wanted to play SFA2 when I saw its Attraction Mode in a laundromat. The Ryu and Ken Hadouken in that intro got my attention. But when you have parents that didn't want you to spend quarters on arcade cabinets, I didn't get to play it. Then during my high school years here in Chicago I saw a MSHvsSF arcade cabinet in a card shop and began to use my quarters for this game. I dedicated a lot of my afterschool days on this and this game holds a special place in my heart. The Crossover Combos, the music, the announcer. This game was what made me delve deeper into fighting games. Today, I have a CFW PSP with an arcade emulator and play this as much as I can. Even some of my coworkers enjoy playing this game a lot.

she learned both the shoryuken and the hadoken simply by watching ken and ryu spar, her only weakness is unlike ryu, she doesnt constantly train. Shes beaten Karin, who uses an ancient martial arts style that rivals Oro's and Oro is considered the strongest street fighter character considering he can body everyone with only one hand and if he ever used his other hand he would basically kill everyone. Wich is why he ties one hand behind his back.

I actually didn't even main Sakura in Marvel vs Street Fighter (My main was Captain America) but I did take the time to learn as much as I could about every character by playing as them through the Arcade mode and beating Cyber-Akuma at the end. Sakura's not the strongest character in this game. (I feel that she was in Pocket Fighter though)

There are some mangas for Sakura that they were made by Capcom that shows her that she got married with Ryu and they have some kind of dojo which means in certain canons they are actually a couple.
