@@samuelruiz7377 The Main issue probably is that they do insane damage from a very far away. And if they got a Physical Weapons Teammate you cannot get closer.
Yo chase I have a wizard slayer build: Armor: Mornes Helm, Cathedral knight armor, cathedral knight gauntlets, Karla’s trousers Level 130, 40 strength 40 faith minimum. Focused on using the Dragons tooth with Datkmoon Blade and Great magic barrier, make sure you have enough attunement for moth. Weird the Dragon tooth, great magic barrier, and add the poise buff your magic resist is 93% Sacred bloom shield to spell parry and normal parry, and blue and red bug pellets. The dark moon blade is mainly because of the dusk crown which wizards wear that reduces magic damage, and it’s a miracle so no sorcery + dragons tooth can be buffed I also use splitleaf, mace, lothric sword, and some others so feel free to expand upon it During invasions they are so confused when they do no damage to you, I’ve even had some give up

What a shame; so few wizards know how to expand their gameplay beyond projectile spam. No free aim & very little setting up between spells. They'd fail wizard school for sure!
He's such a skilled player. In the first fight, the focus it takes to dodge four sets of spells coming at you at different times one of which was vestige is remarkable. He does this whilst weapon swapping lol I wish he played on Xbox because I know the community would be me much more lively. In the fight with Rebekah he survived long enough to make it so that the wizard ran out of fp. Aside from knowing your weapons I feel a lot of the fighting in this game is psychological. Smartest warrior is right chase! It brings me great joy watching you destroy legions of salty sunbros
I always play mage, it’s basically dark souls easy mode. But as soon as I get invaded I’m absolutely ruined. Most of us mages seriously lack skill Lmaoo. You did a great job here ❤️
From now on when people say that rolling uses to little stamina, I will send them this video. Image if rolling would have consumed twice as much stamina.
My favorite way to play wizard is to play a low lvl glass cannon and trying to one shot assassinate people with sneak attacks, twas pretty fun and super satisfying catching people with the sol Mas soul spear combo. He was like lvl 40ish I think
Chase, at your level of pvp mastery the cheeky wizard ganks is the only challange left there for you. Tbh the second squad was doing pretty fine, I'm actually surprised.
I've met one of those infinite Fp dark casters while invading too. Lvl 20, in Undead Settlement. She also had a summon out that gave me over 30k souls upon death. Unfortunately, just as I was about to land the killing blow on her, a blue came out of nowhere and saved the day. While I was fighting the blue, she had run back to the 2nd bonfire and started re-summoning her friend.
I love the magic in the souls games, especially the hexes from 2. I had tons of fun throwing out soulmasses, arrows, and spears, and then engage with the Astora greatsword WA for memes. But when abusing glitches became the norm on Xbox i just quit playing altogether.
Blue sentinal is such a good anti cheat. I have had it for a while and it kicks out the cheaters perfectly when im invaded. By far my favorite thing to have added to dark souls when hosting
When this game first came out I went for a mage build and it was not good in pvp maybe I'm just bad it was my first DS game ever. But I'm glad they looked buff right here
It’s sad console can never have these mods ds is definitely one of my top 5 games I see why you hate wizards though lol but I would have so much fun having more dark spells for my witch character

Poor mages in that first group. One mage should have been using spacing spells rather than being a second DPS. It's cancerous, but not as cancerous as pontiff knight R1's.
