You are not supposed to go to the gas station, but go to where the entrance to lab x18 originally was in the game, there you can find diesel and a bunch of other stuff if i remember correctly. This mod like a lot of other russian mods presumes that you explore every nook and cranny in a location before heading out, and read every piece of text so as not to miss anything. Its kind of the norm at this point, ive long gotten used to it.
There's supposed to be a way through that tunnell 29:54 that leads to that hangar nearby. That's an original stealthy way to the factory in SoC, but vanilla games steath mechanic is mostly broken so no matter what NPCs will always spot you(but there are some videos on RU-vid where player goes through the sections in vanilla games without being spotted by knowing AI behaviors an timings)
Riiight, that’s what I tried at first but the game crashes once we get actually into the base there. Idk if it’s like a scripted part that is failing, but it’s tough to work around
@@WaveysGamingAdventure Yeah, it might be scripted. Try to follow other quest line and maybe at some point you'll get a chance to go through. Some story modes are heavely depend on scripts, so better to do missions in direct order or the game will either soft lock, cause bugs or crash. Happend sometimes in Lost Alpha. Anyway, good hunting.

Really digging this series... You gotta have at least a thousand hours in STALKER at this point, and yet the mod community keeps on giving. Try out the soup mod sometime, if you want to break your sanity for good
I am playing this game and I don't know who to give the death lamp. What can you order from the scientists? You need to go back to the cordon to get the supplies? Is it worth it to give it to them?
I forgot who got the death lamp, I thought you call the scientists and then certain text options allow you to give it to them. If you order something off the laptop, a helicopter comes and drops things off
I could get to behind the fuel tanks but there's no body with the canister and i cant get up to the platform, is there something i need to do for the corpse to appear and how do you jump up there?
Sorry man I’ve been trying to remember Jumping up there you literally just have to keep trying to jump on that platform, sprint and jump it’s that stupid. As for the body, it’s the same thing with Goldsphere. There HAS to be something you’re missing. Some mission, or some part of some mission hasn’t progressed enough I just don’t remember what it is
@Wavey's Gaming Adventure you are not meant to go into the future freedom then later bandit base at least not for this quest. You are meant to get around these stupid turrets behind the gas station and loot the body. Then climb the ladder get to the diesel lid all while avoiding being shot. This section is pure cancer and I don't mind saying I turned on god mode and I would advise doing the same. For the sake of your own sanity.
It's not quite the same but it's closer to the setting of Roadside picnic as opposed to the Stalker games. Less stalkers, more anomalies and weird unexplainable zone stuff.
Brother I am emphatising with you so much, I only got till where you save that scientist from the roof of that building in agroprom but DAMN this game is impossibly hard and tedious to understand how to complete the quest, the game tells you nothing and you die nonstop, I hope at least that the story is as good as the people who played this game say it is😑.
So if you hit the ‘~’ key on the keyboard, that brings up the console From there you can type ‘g_god’ for invincibility, ‘g_unlimitedammo’ for duh, and ‘demo_record’ for the floating camera. All options are set by typing ‘1’ for “on” and ‘0’ for “off”. This goes at the end of the code. The spawn menu is accessed while in game. If you pause the game, and hit the ‘F1’ key, it’ll bring you to the spawn menu. Good hunting
