Bayonetta should have won. 1- Devil May Cry has many Fanboys, if Bayonetta had won it would have many Deslikes. 2- The Witch Time is a very powerful ability of a witch, and Dante only used an Item to stop the time once, doubtful a simple item can hit the Witch Time of an Umbra Witch. 3- Bayonetta is much stronger and faster than Dante, or Dante could not even touch her. 4- Dante defeated Madama Butterfly very easily, but according to a Book of the Infernal Demons in Bayonetta it is said that Madama Butterfly is a very powerful Demon who possesses a brute strength and who had a fame in hell and who was envied, This is confirmed in Bayonetta 2 When Bayonetta goes to Hell and she comes across the housekeeper in the area and she recognizes Madama Butterfly and Hates her but she is easily defeated.
