I think in his mind he thought if he kept repeating the same questions, it would make the implication to the jury that there was something that wasn't being told to them. All he managed to do is irritate the heck out of everyone.

( Remember.. his mom said he had to be told what he did, he didn’t remember, he had a panic attack, insanity plea, his two attorneys delayed and asked for delay. He had a tooth ache, he fell asleep, he didn’t want to come to court, then sovcitz, fired his help days before the trial was to start. He thought this would throw everyone off their game plan. It did not. They made their adjustments accordingly. And moved forward stacking up the evidence. Brick by brick. Db took it from there and exposed himself for the lying, manipulating, evil, mass murderer he is. His only plan for his so called defense was to cause as much chaos to create a mistral. When that obviously failed his back up was to lie and manipulate the jury. Asking them to ignore his mass murderer crimes. Killing a child and severely injuring dozens of other small children. After lying daily. Dozens of times a day for weeks. He wanted them to ignore how he murdered 5 elder innocent people. How evil he treats everyone he interacted with in the courtroom. Nullify was his last desperate act.
The jury nullified his sorry A$$ from ever getting out of prison. I believed what really wrinkled his underwear was Erika testifying and the court not allowing him to continue with his low-life questioning of her. He self represented for the purpose of destroying Erika because the DV charges in Milwaukee. Sovereign citizens are “paperwork terrorists.” They flood the courts with paperwork and request tons of documents that are time stamped and motorized just to clog up the process. That’s why Brooks is always filing ICF’s and requesting them all back with time stamps and be notarized by the clerk of court.

Brooks made sure there would be no sympathy for him. He was hateful and cruel and obnoxious throughout the entire trial. And he started it off by not standing up for the jury.

I read that certified copies cost the defendant 25c. The clerk of courts it is alleged sent DB a bill for the cost of certification and he hit the roof.😂😂

During his initial court appearance after being arrested, it was an older woman in the gallery that flipped him off twice. She was not a Dancing Granny. That same older woman came to day 1 of the the trial and was recognized by a couple of the bailiffs. She was removed from the courtroom and was told she couldn’t come to court for the trial.

He said that the her swiveling was a form of self-soothing. He had seen it in other trials. Especially, when it was a child on the stand.

Yes, he’s still in solitary confinement at this current time at the Dodge prison and is in the medical/psych area. He likely will be kept in solitary until his trial with Erika comes to completion. According to federal law and numerous correctional officers that have chatted on some RU-vid channels, an inmate can’t be kept in solitary indefinitely. At some point, Brooks is going to have to be moved to general population. To keep him in solitary requires a crap ton of documentation and several psychiatric exams to show there’s a definite reason to keep him in solitary. It’s been reported that Brooks files many ICF’s every single day complaining about the CO’s, other inmates, and the nursing/medical staff is reporting that he complains about a new medical issue each say. He’s just malingering and driving the medical staff buggy!

His constant crying wolf with medical issues burns out medical staff fast. I am a psych nurse managing a medical clinic for youth living residentially and sadly we have kids very similar to him. The courts r to soft on them and there's no consequences for felony charges etc.

I think if a defendent wants to represent themselves, ALL HELP from the prosecution and judge should be off limits. DB questioning this mother that she says she sustained a knee injury but was still able to get up and run to her daughter; remember that she was just hit and assumed her daughter was also hit but she didn't know the extent of her kids injuries, or if she was even still alive; IF she was still alive, was she dying? Would the next minute or so be the last time she would see her daughter alive? Was the next minute the last chance she would have to tell her daughter that she loves her?? No injury would keep me from getting to my children in that circumstance, but DB wouldn't think about that because he was never a loving parent, only a sperm donor; he never supported financially or emotionally any of his kids, he never spent time with them or gave a crap about them. He only used them during this trial to gain sympathy from the jury. That's it.

Bubba can’t get to Brooks just yet. Brooks is still in solitary confinement. He’s kept in his cell for 23 hours each day. He will stay in solitary until the trial with Erika comes to completion. After that, Brooks will have to be eventually moved to general population. According to federal law, an inmate can’t be kept in solitary confinement indefinitely. It would take many interrogations & psychiatric exams & other things for an inmate to be kept I solitary for their prison sentence. There’s several correctional officers in the chats on other channels that I watch and they have said all of this several times. So, at some point, Brooks will be moved to general population and it won’t go well for him. The Bloods have made “unalive” threats against him because Brooks was posing as a member of the Blood gang. True Bloods don’t take kindly to posers. The Crips have made “unalive” threats against him because he was acting as a Blood member. The Hispanic gangs have made “unalive” threats due to the amount of Hispanics he injured by running them over with the Escape. Other inmates have made “unalive” threats against him because he caused the death of a child. Other inmates have threatened him because he’s a s3x offender. All of these credible threats are what has kept Brooks in solitary all this time. Plus, the jail and the Dodge prison wanted to keep Brooks alive for all of his trials. Brooks won’t last long in general population.
