Maybe it's like Star Trek and Jean-Luc Picard. They have the technology to undo hair loss, but by that point in the future the races of the galaxy are too enlightened to care about baldness.
Honestly, Emperor Yoda could be a scary thing, if done right. I imagine his throne room hiding his body and amplifying his voice and force powers. Perhaps a Wizard of Oz set up where it would seem like the whole room was attacking you.
@@NunOfDoloresDei -My allegiance is to the Separatist! To Communism! You were supposed to destroy the Jedi, not join them! I was your brother, Anakin, but now, I hate you! -I love you!
Someone needs to finish this game because the concept is single handily the best game concept I’ve ever heard. Switching the roles sounds so fucking awesome and interesting
If it’s an alternate universe then... Padme would turn to the dark side and Anakin would die of a broken heart leaving his 2 fatherless kids to be not separated
Jedi: *goes on a murdering spree* Council: You are under arrest for murdering of Innocents. Jedi: UHH I was under the control of the dark side! Council: Ahh shit really? Then you free to go fam.
Lol. It seems like those memes gave him cancer. Now just replace Spiderman from that one cancer meme and put Anakin with this suit in it laying in that hospital bed.
UMMMMM, after having BOTH legs and his only good arm removed, then inhaling a shit load of toxic fumes from a lava flow just inches away, AND being scorthed so badly his clothes melted into the tissue under his melted away flesh. Sure Anakin was just fine. He'd regrow all those limbs no problem. He really didn't NEED the one he had after Doku cut of his first hand anyway. I mean it's not as if Anakin was I don't know, just a human or anything. OH WAIT!! HE WAS JUST A HUMAN!! What the fuck are you talking about???
@@pattheman3686 you seem to understand nothing about force healing. Obviously Anakin would need prostethics. But force healing could allow him to eventually heal his burns and other internal tissue damage that required extensive life support systems otherwise, especially considering his potential in the force. We know this because Darth Vader was able to heal his lungs, but dark side force heal is flawed, as it requires constant pain in order to work. So Darth Vader had to be in constant anguish and anger, and as long as this was the case, he could heal his lungs. At his peak, he was able to use his own lungs for several minutes before resorting to his life support systems. He actually theorized that one could be in such a constant state of anger, so that not even a little joy seeped into one's thoughts, and by those means force heal could be done permanently. He theorized that it could be achieved by him eventually.
@@emaadkhan3031 I understand NOTHING??? about Force healing??? Oh you woke the beast now bruh. First of all NO the Force would NOT heal the EXTENSIVE damage done to Anakin. My Proof. Why does Yoda need to use a cane to walk??? Because his body isn't healing his obviously well aged legs. The Force doesn't "regenerate" what's damaged beyond repair; it "rejuvinates" what can be salvaged. Anakin's lungs and other internal organs were damaged to the point of complete failure. If Palpatrine had waithed, there would be NO VADER. He woulds have died from his wounds. And yes he WAS in constant pain; but that is by the design of the Sith themselves. The tech in his body is only secondary. Is the tech sub-par?? absolutely. keeping an apprentice dependent on you keeps you dominant. But back to Yoda and his cane. According to your idea Yoda should have been walking fine after a few years when his legs started to get slower and heavier. It's Force healing right?? "eventually" he should be fine. So then why isn't he fine. because thr Force WILL NOT HEAL what is natural progression. How is Anakin case natural??? Well when you get inches away from searing magma you get burned "naturally". Anakin wasn't hit by a weapon or stunned too many times. What fucked up his body was a Natural event; and his body "naturally" suffered being immolated. "FORCE HEALING" is the reason WHY he was even still alive. Come at MEwith "you no nothing about Force healing" BOY you must be out yo DAMN MIND!!
I've thought about that to. Sometimes if writers don't set a limit on something like tech or magic then it creates paradoxes. Every one knows Vader is kinda more cool as the cyborg like Sith. It makes him darker, more interesting. And the helmet and mask dehumanizes him somewhat and hides what is left of his human eyes. I think the cloners should had been more mysterious and god like and will only deal with key clients. Their tech could be so advanced it verges on magic and is nearly impossible for anyone else in the galaxy to replicate. I've ran into a few medieval fantasy stories to where the writers puts in all this fantastic tech and magic but they don't seem to advance beyond a certain point because to them it would break a kind of romanticized style. This is why I love the concept of science fiction fantasy. You can do so much more with this combination. If an advanced star ship crash lands on some distant world and loses communication and fights break out between the people that survived the crash you can almost just reset those people awhile and they rebuild on that world into a kind of medieval society but with some tech. A few centuries later their empire finally expands out to find their long lost comrades hunting, fishing ect. This concept has been mentioned even in some Star Wars books.
In the alternate reality concept that sound really ******* Cool. Where the Jedi become sith and vice versa. Why aren’t companies hitting this hidden gold mine is beyond me. But instead we have a Game Centered around loot boxes, and gambling.
I love the concept design that they set up. It is weird and curious to what was Darth Vader was like in the Light side rather than the Dark side since we see Darth Vader in his dark suit that Palpatine gave to him. I wish Star Wars Battlefront 3 came but it was cancelled. :/
Probably when disney finishes with star wars and leaves it discarded corpse the original battlefront 3 will be leaked quietly by the original developers.
The more I hear about the original Battlefront series, the more disappointed I am. TF were they thinking cancelling it? SW was doing great as a brand even after ep 3, and hence the saga, ended. It's literally the franchise that never fails, even when it sorta does in some ways.
Patrick B It was honestly strong as it ever was, that’s why it was worth billions. It had a bunch of really promising games slated for release, but Disney just didn’t care.
I believe the history is that EA even during the finalizing of Battlefront III put their hand in the cookie jar bought the rights to make Star Wars games and Free Radical had to scrap III and all their plans for IV... The real killing blow wasn't performance or quality, if it had been we'd have gotten the amazing sequels to a game series taken out in its prime...
@@olmcarnold9798 There's alot of misinformation about BF III. For example, the game wasn't nearly as close to release as people suggest, and the game's cancellation had more to do with lack of funds/commitment by LucasArts than Free Radical losing the rights.
His hand was already a cybernetic replacement, no reason why other appendages couldn't be recreated in a similar fashion. The real question is why or how would that be relevant to you or an audience. Creeper, LOL =D
You can see ani in his face again also would he be able to reach his full potential? And ani deserved that if he didn't die , and I believe Yoda and obi wan ghosts could fully heal anakin
Would be able to reach his full potential? No. After his injuries on Mustafar, he was forever cut off from his full potential. That aside, he still would have been very powerful.
not at Disney they would have him drinking rancor piss and have him wearing a dress and have that deep scar on his head turned into a money slot so we can have his light saber light up
As much as I think the Sequels are okay, hearing *THIS* was a concept for a future OG Battlefront game gets me *outright angry* at Disney and EA. This would have been one of the coolest damn things in the history of the franchise to play as alternate swapped heroes and villains.
João Leo I think it would of been the same, they were just manifestations of the concepts of good and evil. Sure, they mentioned that if one died the balance would shift but they all died and the balance went to shit and came back with relatively no consequences. As if those events would of happened regardless of anything. But now... WHAT IF ANAKIN ACCEPTED THE FATHER'S PROPOSAL?
Bryan Feliciano I think that they were just so powerful that their presence in the universe without the opposite would disrupt the balance. So when they all died nothing really changed
João Leo but the thing is the concept they represent is immortal, it wouldn't matter if they survived or not because there will always be light dark and a balance. What threw it out of wacky was the jedi and their narrow view of the force
This just pisses me off more that Battlefront 3 was canceled, because then Battlefront 4 was also canceled...preventing us from ever seeing this concept art in action; I doubt Disney will ever get someone to make these a reality...
TheCommunistDragon Disney don't care about videogames they already said it, they don't see that industry profitable, that's why they destroyed Lucas Arts and sold the rights to EA
Hey, look on the bright side. One day we’ll probably get a Disney Princess DLC costume for Rey in future Star Wars video games. All because of the good people at, yours truly, Disney. 😁
Hes just kind of a dick. Like hell sit in his little floaty pod (now has spikes) and unravel all the toilet paper rolls using the power of the dark side.
Maxtube444 Nah mate, we all know Jar Jar is the cause of the fall of the Republic. Actually it’s him who gave temporary powers to Palpatine giving him the ability to take over
Obi-Wan threw Anakin into a river of bleach, in the planet of Cloroxant, to try and remove the dark side from him Didn't you read that comic? (it's legends)
What the heck are you talking about? Game companies were pretty bad too on the past, the difference is that we didint know of the shit because almost no one used the internet.
I mean, a lot of the stuff in Legends hasn’t been specifically retconned yet as far as I know, so as long as it’s not post-imperial era, it’s pretty much canon.
Obi-Wan: *ignites lightsaber* "...I will do what I must". Anakin: "you will try". I feel like that line from master Kenobi officially pushed anakin over the edge.
Leo the greatest: yeah possibly. I mean anakin was ALREADY so enveloped in the dark side(he had just force-choked the woman he loved) so it would have been hard to see what Obi-Wan Kenobi could have done that would have saved him.
The Legend Begins: I totally get your point but I feel like maybe if he had just like put his lightsaber on the ground and slowly walk towards anakin to try to console him that may have helped a bit more.
That was a good point about Sidious making the suit to control Darth Vader. Of course they had technology that could have made him more mobile. But to keep him in pain enough to remind him of his regrets. So he can feed off that; but kept him continuously in the dark side. Reminder of all that he lost. Plus Anakin felt he can only have control though becoming Vader.
Awesome look shame Disney didn't let Free Radical make Battlefront 3 and 4. These are awesome alternative character designs shame they NEVER made it to a game.
apotheos is right. That cinematic at the start of the video was actually from the PSP starwars battlefront "4" renegade squadron, the sequel to the PSP starwars battlefront "3" rogue squadron.
Disney had nothing to do with it. Lucasfilm severed the contract long before Disney got involved, and Free Radical studio went out of business in 2008, before being bought out and turned into Crytek UK, a much smaller studio that went out of business in 2014
Imagine a non evil or terrifying (well I know it's just a creature just surviving) sarlacc pit, where the horrible tentacles are soothing, velvety soft, long white feathers and that "head" part is something cute. You go in there to "heal" or something and it puts you back where it found you later on! :D
NCR Trooper what if he'd never turned to dark side, they have a dark side obi wan in there, so meybe obi wan would be the one who'd turn in episode 3. Then the fight on mustafar wouls still happend but with likgt side anakin and dark side obi wan. Anakin wouls still loose the fight, while obi wan would left him there to suffer, kidnaping padme afterwards and than raising luke as his own in the ways of the dark side (dark side luke explained)
Off Topic question; Nihilus' is unkillable, given that he lost his physical body and the one we saw in KotOR II was just a suit to contain his essence. His mask is what his essence is actually connected to in the physical world. What happened to it? If it just disappeared, where could it have gone and what would happen if someone not force sensitive was foolish enough to take it. Like a smuggler or a collector of artifacts, we know such relics were indeed smuggled and bought/sold illegally(via the first SWTOR cinematic). Is it possible for there to be even a slight chance of a reborn Nihilus story taking place during the film(s) time-frame. Would the Sith and Jedi even notice his return and would they even be able to do anything about it? The only reason Surik was able to beat him was because she was a similarly a wound in the Force.
I'm not Star Wars expert, but from pure logic and my general knowledge: 1st If he is now immaterial being possessing mask (or simply any other object) it should be possible to bring him back somehow. 2nd It should be possible to stop him by destroying object he's linked to. Depending on some differences in mechanics it would either vanish him or cause to lost chance to connect to our world.
Worth mentioning that one of the TCW episodes had an evil Yoda! But back to the main subject: What about a healed Darkside Ki-Adi Mundi, Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar, Eeth Koth, Jocasta Nu, Kazdan Paratus? What about a healed and cybernetically reconstructed Lightside Dooku or force-and-bacta resurrected Savage Opress?
EA sit your ass down and take a good look. This is what we want, an alternate timeline that redeems Anakin Skywalker? That may have him struggle to continue to be in the light, but he corrects himself to redeem his son and best friend? Sign me up.
+MrCouchmen The robe that the redeemed Vader is wearing is nice with what he's wearing. However green robes will not look good I believe, but if it is a dark shade of green I think it's gonna look good
It's quite funny the idea that Vader can't take his suit off or he'll die. When you actually think about it, he could take his boots off, his gloves, his arm and leg material, crotch pad, cape and cloak and his torso material. He only had to wear the part of the mask which went around his neck, and the chest thing, which was already imbedded on his skin.
I think there was something with bacterias, or something, that explain why he can take off his helmet in his ''chamber'' , the chamber is somehow sterile.
No, he really couldn’t. The majority of his body was destroyed, not even the most notable change being his lack of limbs due to Obi-wan’s mou kei and Anakin’s subsequent lava bath. Each part of his suit served unique functions, with even his mask serving to allow him to see, speak, and control some of his suit’s functions (remember, lava bath).
not gonna lie, opposite day star wars sounds pretty good... they did something similar with lord of the rings conquest (2009) game (you could play as the, ahem, "dark side" - sauron's side, that is... it was like an alt reality "what if" scenario)
As the concept art is labeled Redeemed Vader and not Anakin the speculation could be made that they had planned for him to hold onto his past as a Dark side user, taking on the name Jedi Vader or something of that sort. Character wise it would also fit his self-loathing imo for Vader to want to hold onto his past mistakes.
I remember that white Vader, they used to sell that comic with a figure of him and I had one. Did the same thing with Durge in the comic where he gets launched into the sun, which I still have.
Just hearing things like "games being cancelled due to rights being lost". So many good games couldve come out had it not been for the rights being taken away.
Alternate reality where the good are now bad and the bad are now good? Evil younglings on a murder spree. "There's too many of them, what are we going to do?" "GIVE EM THE GAS!" Oi cor blimey that's a right good idea that is."
Elfan Waltz it was him after she made him a thousand promises it was in safe hands, she was the palpatine to his Anakin. Telling him what he wanted to hear so she could get her grubby little fingers around the franchise she didn't care for
