The difference is: despite being hidden for sneak attack AND having crazy proficiency in stealth and shortbow, Bob still can't hit the broad side of a barn; while Arrow is (currently) the party's primary damage dealer while also being pretty decent at other necessary aspects of adventuring. So if Arrow goes down, it's a likely TPK scenario but if Bob goes down it's just another Tuesday night.
@@MrDavidMoyer while true, I don't think the team thinks that strategically. Even if Bubble went down they would pool resources to help the same way. Heck, they saved a no-name NPC in the first episode.
@@MegaRyukiYhea thought i feel like its a bit just due to experiences where teamwork or the like just didnt pay off just recently the Volcano fight is a good example and they also had a slightly different themed Campaign with stuff like the pvp Fight
1) They don't know where the main bad guy is. 2) They know where the supply chains are, they are banking on being able to get the information out of one of the lackeys at those locations rather than risk more blood-letting.
Ik its been a month but i think Greg is the funnier one, has no backstory, Bodger, Bob and Baradun meanwhile all have a backstory that ties into the game.
@@VivaLaDirtLeagueDnD Mr. Crunchbone. Funny Bones. Bone Cold Steve Austin. The Bone Ranger....on second thought, that sounds like an Adult Movie Title.........
To me it felt like Table Tra'kel was thirsty, and knowing his own power, aware he had kinda been flirting, and Greenscreen Tra'kel had more, teenager with low self-control and self-awareness facing arousal for the like 7th time in his life.
not sure if I'm more excited or disappointed that the witch light carnival is coming back. I DO know that I'm excited for Rob to bring back the Mr Light voice because it's such a fun voice
7:32 The subtitles are really handy for me. I struggle with hearing voices, especially if more than one person is speaking or there's significant background noise, having subtitles really helps to fill in any gaps. So thank you Lor, your hard work is very much appreciated. And of course the extra jokes are like icing on top of the cake 🤣
Same. Not everyone processes at the same speed, nor with the same accuracy, and being able to just stop, read and then move on instead of having to go back, try to understand, fail and try again and again, is invaluable. ACCESSABILITY GO!
That someone doesn't directly follow the DM's direction, or keeps going despite signs of danger doesn't neccesarily mean that they don't see them. It seems to me like they weighed it, and decided to do what felt most reasonable to them as their characters. I feel like they're playing at a *table* that is safe, where it's safe to not always be cautious. @theq86 "Keep?" It's been once that they chose not to follow a vague warning of "You know what the risk is now."
As soon as Tra’kel lost his composure and drank Arrows life energy - they could’ve been like “you took many many more drops of blood, you owe us 50 answers, we win” 😄 Also, without even checking, i’m 99% sure i know what was the most replayed moment of this episode 😂
Loving that all the girls are paying attention and trying to fit all the pieces together…. I’m guessing Rob was used to the boys campaign and would expect to hold that in his pocket until he could describe the embers - burning similar to a certain flame behind the undead eyes from the 1st battle.
i recently began rewatching the boy’s campaign (currently only about half way through 😅) but i have to admit, the moment i see the misfits come up in notifications the boy’s campaign is put on hold and the ladies get my full attention, its always fun seeing new players get to grips with D&D but this series has had me in stitches of laughter, long live the misfits! ❤️✌️🤘🖖
Idk much about D&D vampires specifically, but based on vampire lore in general, there are some very concerning things going on here. Super interested to see how it all turns out! Especially since Rob clearly does know his vampire lore, and the girls seem not to. 😅 Like, whether he took blood through a bite vs. cut, whether he actually drank the blood or just collected it, how many times he bit them . . . Could make a difference if he tries to influence them later. Also, wish they'd pursued that line of questioning about why Arrow's blood is so appealing. Could just be that she's another vampire, but could be more to it. And they could have bargained for some of his blood! Either collecting it or having Arrow drink from him. Loving this vampire storyline!
Before Rob gave the shout out, I always have subtitles on and always very impressed by it especially the subtitles for sounds. Cheers to Lorquin for sure!!!
Why is nobody questioning the fact that he's collecting their blood? Is there anything in D&D involving blood control? I feel like the fact that he was so interested in the last one was because he needs/wants to complete the set.
He already stated why he wants it. He's giving it to his master for experiments in Necromancy. And for some reason he seems deeply interested in Sneaki's blood more than the others.
Is nobody curious why Tra'kel seems so intently interested in Sneaki's blood? Is it simply that she is the only one he didn't collect from? Is it because she is part of the faerie folk? Tra'kel was throwing out creepy vibes to Arrow, but I think he was slyly going for Sneaki.
I think it is just because it is the only blood of the group he hasn't managed to collect. Blood could well equal control, and right now he doesn't have hers.
@@Nurichiri Faeries might represent a magic that the Vampires and the "Master" doesn't possess yet. Remember that he was sort of connecting with Sneaki before the whole blood thing.
I really hope that the Girls can finish this side quest and their story can be linked to the main story with the Boys to have an epic confrontation against the BBG and see Rob battle against 8 D&D players at the same time; The chaos will be epic. ❤
Wait, didn't Rob mention that Bonecaller can't do anything with "Living" blood but can do a lot with "Undead" blood and Arrow just forgets that vital plot information and gives her blood? I am sure Rob won't bring this up ever again.
A carnival? Ewolin forest? I have a feeling the misfits are going to have a run-in with the Witchlight Carnival in the near future, or at least I hope they do
Watching "ADHD and me" (having it myself), i came up with worst idea for curse. For spell casters only- Every concentration check with disadvantage. Tradeoff- once per day (at random) there is hyperfocus state- in this state there is concentration check with advantage, however if spellcaster fail this check it triggers RAGE.
35:30 Point of fact, a desert can be a marsh or swamp or even contain a lake or river or an entire sea. The defining characteristic isn't how much water is on the ground or not; it's how much precipitation falls from the sky. If an area gets less than 10 inches (25.4 cm) of rain, snow, and sleet in a typical year, then regardless of what else is found there it is technically a desert. Certain areas in Mexico are deserts but they also have considerable water supply from permanent rivers and underground springs; these areas are called "Cienegas" which comes from the Spanish phrase "Cien Aguas" or "hundred waters" which describes and area that is lush with fresh water springs where you normally wouldn't expect to find any water.
